    127,5 3+/
    147 KG 1+/ 4 ponavljanja ukupno . Moglo je jos odvojila mi se gurtna pukla je kvalitet boli glava.... Mislim da je islo jos bar 3x

      set 1: 50x5
      Set 2: 60x3
      Set 3: 67.5x1+ ---> 6 (+2.5 kg i 2 ponavljanja manje! So Pissed off)

      Sve isto,letenja za srednje i zadnje rame po 5 serija, odrucenje kablom 3 serije i zadnja drop, 3 super serije front raise sa facepulls, trapez-shrugs

        ja danas uradio 165 cucanj 4 serije x 5 (htio sam ici na 7 serija ali sam osjetio nelagodu u listu opet)

          a izmedu mislis nastaviti 531 ? mozda bi ti bilo bolje bez totalnog otkaza na zadnjoj seriji- makar zadnjih tjedan dva..neznam..vidi..( mislim na 5 + 3+ 1+ seriju )

            jesam lud, ali nisam toliko

            pored ovih treninga ide accessory od 3-4 vjezbe, sa jednim peak setom ali mnogo vise volumena u serijama prije te (dodavanje kilaze u manjim stopama) te jedan dan kad cu benchati (vikendom, utorak-srijeda bi padao bench day) a i par serija squata odradim poslije DLa - ali nesto sa recimo 3x3 i ne iznad 8 na RPE skali

                  Paused squat: 90x5 x5 x5

                  Front squat 30x15,50x12, drop set 70x8

                  Leg press 100,150x10 x10 x10

                  Lezeca ekstenzija 4 serije, list 4 serije

                  Komentar: neznam sta da radim sa cucnjem... Ili cu ubacit 2x tjedno cucnjeve ili ponovit ciklus 3 sa istom kilazom... Nesto bolji na paused squatu- duze pauziran i 1 rep vise nego inace.

                    ja sam poslije prva dva ciklusa redovno radio cucanj na ''rest day-ima'' ili poslije DL-a

                    ne mora ni sve biti neko maxanje i davanje 100% od sebe....samo uvjezbavanje pokreta moze pomoci dosta

                      Da, morat cu tako odradit a i planirao sam zapravo odradit samo neznam kad... Vjerojatno uz prsa ili leđa jer na rest day-u niti neidem u teretanu ali tko znam mozda se desi koj put da cu ic... Sta kazes, da idem vise na 5 do 10 ponavljanja po seriji ili da idem na teze pa do 5 ponavljanja? Sto se tice forme jos ima dosta mjesta da se popravi i usavrsi

                        pa pravo da ti kazem, ja sam znao maksirati tako cucanj, ili uraditi dvije teske trice paused cucnja, ili 8 serija po 3 na prednjem, ili 10x10 - svasta nesto, to sam u potpunosti prepustao osjecaju

                        ali ono, ako vidis da ti se forma ''lomi'' ako ides preko recimo 120 kg, onda radi serije sa blizu 120 kg recimo...ili ako vidis da te low rep izmori previse(tako da negativno utice na oporavak i brojke na sqat day-u, svakako se trebas umarati na treningu) mozes i nesto kao 5 x 8 - isto tako ako mislis da ce ti paused squat pomoci puno, forsiraj njega, i tako

                          Ok,hvala na savjetu! Danas sam off i sutra radim kao neki active rest - paused squat od 5 do 10 rep (vise cu ic prema desetci). Skuzio sam kako mi je dosta tesko izvuc cucanj iz te "čućnute" pozicije pa vjerujem da bi mi paused squat bio od pomoci tako da odradit cu to sutra par serija, sumo DL i par serija za ruke,nista određeno, radit cu po osjecaju... Moram priznat da nemam vise toliko jake upale na nogama sljedeci dan makar ih odradim zestoko ali sto je najbolje napretka ima

                              Pitanje jedno ;

                              Prelazim 150 kg na mrtvom od iduceg tjedna, zato me zanima da li je pametnije radit Sumo DL ili i dalje nastavit sa standardnim DL??

                              Zašto ovo pitam često imam osjecaj da kada odignem težinu odradim s leđima nepravilan rad vec na spustanju i ponovnom dizanju ukopcam se pokret je 100 % pravilan .... Sad ako radim sumo DL onda uvijek napravim taj pokret pravilno jer ne lomim se u struku toliko.

                              Jedino je pitanje da li je isti učinak ???

                              Da se razumijemo to mislim da li ga je ok radit u programu 5/3/1 jer sumo DL radim svakako kao zadnju vjezbu drop set.

                                kao prvo mislim da si sam sebi odgovorio na pitanje ''koji bih deadlift trebao prvenstveno raditi''

                                a sto se tice ''jel oke raditi u 5/3/1''

                                naravno...svaki deadlift day mi je bio sumo, jedino su setovi iz deficita bili conventional - to sam i napominjao par puta kroz temu


                                na kraju krajeva, ''nije isto'' ako cemo cjepidlaciti, ali je bolje raditi onaj koji ti vise odgovara - sto je za tebe i za mene sumo
