Komentar: neznam kako sam umjesto +2.5 stavio +5kg tako da mozda ponovim ili cu vidjet na sljecem ciklusu sa 120kg kako ce ici pa ako neide onda ponovim kilazu. Uglavnom bio je jutarnji trening,tad sam ko hodajuci zombi a teretana radi samo do 1 pa sam odlucio ipak odradit trening i da, radio sam sa nesto sirim hvatom.

a sad...znaci koristim poprilicno visok belt placement ( malo nize od ovog http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7smRiVWKPng ) i mogu vam reci da mi lezi poprilicno dobro...pogotovo mi na lockout-u pomaze da drzim ramena nazad...i eto, inace thick.solid.tight. nemam zalbi svidja mi se pravo

komentar: nesto kraci trening jer od jutra bio na faksu i kasnije pisao ispit i ondah na trening (cak sam stigao rucat između) tako da vec nakon veslanja sam bio extra umoran. nekim cudom sam "pokidao" deadlift unatoc umoru i jako sam zadovoljan
komentar br.2: e sad, u situaciji sam takvoj da vec neko vrijeme razmisljam da se druge godine probam takmicit u powerliftingu. Moram priznat da sam jako zavolio "dizat tesko " i takav nacin treniranja. pretplatio sam se na milijun kanala na youtubeu, pratim i ucim sto je vise moguce, tako da bi htio isprobat jedan meet. znam da nisam jos spreman, kaska mi cucanj sto sam i svjestan toga ali cinim sve da ga poboljsam i nadam se da mi do sljedece godine bude dobro napredovao jer za DL i bench press vjerujem da hoce. nisam bas informiram o natjecanjima i pravilima tako da moram dosta toga procitat i vidjet kako to funkcionira (ako je neko sa foruma zeljan pomoci bio bi jako zahvalan) . i naravno moram pronac neke ljude iz Pule koji se time bave jer koliko ja znam trenutno ne poznam nikog... dat cu si neki vremenski rok, ajmo rec 3. mjesec i vidjet koliko cu napredovat i koliko cu se osjecat spremnim psihicki a i fizicki da budem vjerodostojan protivnik ,to je to sto sam imao za rec... kad me taj sport toliko veseli, zasto nebi onda pokusao napravit nesto "vise" od trenutnog pa makar imao dobro iskustvo u tome...

snimaj i od ispred i sa strane sve liftove, netreba biti max, ali moze i 1RM da vidimo di se lomi forma(to ce ti reci sta trebas ojacati)..
napuni svoj youtube channel svojim form checkovima pa cemo vidit sta se da napraviti.
