        CYCLE 3, WEEK 2, OHP DAY 3+:

        Set 1: 47.5x3
        Set 2: 57.5x3
        Set 3: 65x3+ -----> 7 ( +2.5kg i +1 ponavljanje vise finally )

        Stojeci potisak bucicama: 18x15, 24x12, 30x8 x8

        Letenje bucicama u pretklonu: 18,22,30x12 x12

        E sad neznam kako se zove ova vjezba, slicno kao facepulls samo sto radim sa 2 kabla pojedinacno za svaku ruku... Ugl. 3 serije

        Lateral rise 4 serije i 3 drop serije jednorucno odrucenje kablom

        Shrugs 4 serije

        Kardio 20 min

          onako fina stvar...bolno je rollati kvadove ali opet uzivam u tome...fino je doci s faksa i minut dva rolnuti umjesto odmah sjedati, mnogo se bolje osjecam

              ACTIVE REST

              Odlucio sam maxirat sumo DL bez gurtni i vidjet kako ce to izgledat... Btw. Koristio sam mixed grip.

              180x1 X2 (jedna beltless i druga sa pojasom)
              Sto se tice ove dvije serije, forma nije bila zadovoljavajuca. Lumbalni dio je bio relativno ravan, kukove sam prebrzo podigao i nisam se uspio ispravit na zavrsetku lifta (ramena su mi ostala zarotirana za unutra) skuzio sam to jer imam snimljen taj lift ali necu ga stavljat na forum jer je katastrofa haha. Sto se tice kilaze uspio sam ju podic ali nisam zadovoljan postignutim. Cilj mi je bio 200kg mozda bi i uspio ali se nisam htio igrati.

              Kasnije odradio hiperekstenziju 4 serije, par serija za trbusnih i 20 min kardia. E da, i nesto malo duze se istezao.

                back/pull hyper i neki cucnjevi

                rows ramp do 3 serije sa 125 x 7-9

                pullups serije sa 10kg po 6-8

                front squat
                ramp do 150 x 1 (PR) raw raw

                  CYCLE 3, WEEK 2, SQUAT DAY 3+:

                  Set 1: 95x3
                  Set 2: 110x3
                  Set 3: 125x3+ ---> 5 (+5kg i isti broj ponavljanja! Vazno je napomenuti da sam danas prvi put radio low bar squat i tako ce i ostati)

                  Box squat: 50x10, 90x8, 110x5, 130x5 x5 x5 ( ovo je jedna od najboljih vjezbi koju sam ikad radio! Prvi put sam ju radio a pumpa u kvadricepsima je bila enormna! Stvarno vjezba za svaku pohvalu)

                  Leg press: 100x15, 150x12 x12 x12

                  Listovi stojeci 5 serija zadnja drop

                  Lezece ekstenzije 4 serija

                  No cardio...vijacu preskakao 5-6 minuta, dobro se rastegnuo i doma!

                  Komentar: super zadovoljan formom na cucnju, nesto me malo zglob na ruci zajebavao valjda zbog tog polozaja, neznam, ipak sam prvi put radio... That's all folks!

                              na najsiroj tacki sam izmjerio struk 85, uzeo vecinu L koja bi trebala biti 75-95, znaci bio bih bas u sredini, ALI, ja koristim zadnje dvije rupice sto znaci da ne smijem skidati stomak vise, a mogu se udebljati do 110kg kategorije
