            CYCLE 3,WEEK 1,OHP DAY 5+:

            Set 1: 42.5x5
            Set 2: 52.5x5
            Set 3: 60x5+ ---->8 (+2.5kg i +1 ponavljanje! Napokon da je i ohp malo napredovao)

            Potisak bucicama: 22x15,30x13, 36x9,36x7.5 (napredak)

            Letenje u stranu 4 serije, upright row siroki hvat 3 serije, letenje za zadnje rame 4 serije, facepulls 4 serije i shrugs 4 serije (50,90,130) zadnja drop

            Komentar: Nisam stigao kardio napravit zurio sam. Odradio trening u sat vremena. I zadovoljan sam sa ohp-om

            Edit: kao sto se vidi nisam odradio active rest plivajuci jer prebacujem za vikend, nego se ipak odlucio za ovu varijantu.

                CYCLE 3,WEEK 1, SQUAT DAY 5+:

                Set 1: 85x5
                Set 2: 100x5
                Set 3: 115x5+ ---> 5 +5kg i -1 ponavljanje manje. Od ovog trenutka radim 2x tjedno squat s time da cu radit paused squat uz DL ili bench i normalno squat day s time sa razmisljam da pređem na low bar samo moram poradit na formi jer uvijek sam na high baru
                ... Ovo mi je bio wake up call, nezelim ic ispod 5 ponavljanja u radnoj seriji!

                Paused squat 90x5 x5 x4

                Sumo DL: 50x10,90x5,130x5,150x1 (ovdje mi je primarni cilj bio radit na hvatu i jacanju podlaktice,nista specificno nisam pokusavao... I pocele su mi se sklizat starke, znak za nabavku novih!)

                leg press: 100x15,150x12, 200x7 x7

                Iskoraci 3 serije, lezeca ekstenzija 4 serije ,kardio 20 min.

                Komentar: damn you squat! Slab progress... Zapravo me to i motivira da ih radim jos jace i zesce i 2x tjedno. Niti jedan day off mozda me i to malo izmorilo jer tako se i osjecam danas pa nisam napravio toliko kvalitetan trening.

                    Morat cu i ja nabavit neku alternativu... @TripleZ kakav si ti radio squat, high ili low bar? I koliko bi mi "pomogao" low bar u ovim tezinama ako se prebacim na njega? Imas kakva iskustva s tim?

                      nije bas low bar, nego jednostavno malo nize na trapezu


                      ...sad na to pitanje ti ne mogu bas odgovoriti ali ako su ti poluge takve da ti low bar vise odgovara pomoci ce ti, ako ne, not so much...u svakom slucaju nemoj se predavati ako na prvom pokusaju ne bude ono da kazes ''to je to, prelazim na low bar'' jer rijetko kad tako bude - ostavi si vremena da se polahko naviknes na low bar kroz par treninga pa onda procjeni koliko ti pomaze

                        Tako cu i ja napraviti, na squat dayu cu pokusat sa low barom makar ce vise bit nesto između kao sto kazes jer prosli put kad sam probao low bar nikako mi nije isao, moram ga ispraksirat malo... Znaci radit cu sa bench pressom ili DL high bar paused squat i na squat dayu low "middle" bar squat... Pa cemo vidjet kako cu napredovat ovako.

                        Ipak mi se cini da mi slabo napreduje u odnosu na druge liftove tako da 2x tjedno mislim da bi trebao popravit situaciju.

                          Ubio ramena danas cycle 3 week 1

                          55 kg / 5
                          60 kg / 5+ ukupno 9 ponavljanja

                          A zelio bih napomenut da na pocetku 5/3/1 nisam mogao nakon zagrijavanja i serija, 60 kg dici niti jednom.

                          Ovo je tek week 1 ali krenulo je ludo

                            160 x 4 (ovdje imao neki cudan osjecaj u kicmi, mislio na trenutak da sam nesto zeznuo...ono sad izgleda da nije nista ali sam se prepao i ostavio ostalih serija...sve do ove serije je izgledalo dobro i u biti bilo speed pulls)

                            squat - oko 10 serija igranja sa high bar i low barom, svasta nesto izmedju 60 i 170 kg


                            komentar: week 1 gotov, sve brojke hitovanje kako je i bilo zamisljeno
