        ja kavu cuvam samo za 1+ dane u gymu.

        mp3 cuvam za + serije.

        seriju prije 5+ ili 3+ ili 1+ odradim jedva, namjerno...totalno mirne glave.

          ja sam jucer uradio 220 squat bez muzike, onako cudno za mene...ali kroz komplet warmup sam morao imati slusalice inace bi zaspao u gymu


          valjda cu nekako izvuci 225-230 na takmicenju sa kilom kofeina, dosta ugljica i adrenalinom - i da napokon povucem 6hundoo

            Rijetko se stimuliram kofeinom prije treninga,jednom u 10-ak dana,danas sam veliku šalicu kave pojačo s aspirinom + dva visokougljikohidratna obroka ...u 13.00 se kreće u boj za prsa i bicepse i očekuje se jaka pumpa...ajmooo!!

              Rijetko kad popijem ispod 3 salice kave na dan, caj uopce ne pijem... Postao sam imun na kofein haha, ljudi mi govore kako ne mogu zaspat ako popiju kavi dok ja mogu makar ju popio prije spavanja... Mozda bi trebao smanjit jer ovako pijem vec godinama... Totalno sam ovisan o kavi, cim ju ne popim zna me bolit glava

                Triplez kofein povećava metabolizam za 25%(i to puno manje količine od tvojih) i pitaš se zašto imaš samo 91 kg a jedes kao neki koji imaju 100 + kg

                      ali sam isto velike kolicine unosio dok sam manje jeo i drzao kilazu, tako da ti ne kuzim smisao

                      poenta je da su varijacije metabolizma medju ljudima ogromne, i koliko god se neko krkao kofeinom nece nadomjestiti tu ''genetsku prednost'' od nekog drugog

                      ..samo sto ja nisam godinama pisao po forumu da sam ''hardgainer'' i da ''tesko dobijam masu'' ili ono ektomorf kakvo vec kazete...nego poceo trpati vise dok ne krene kilaza gore, a i sad ce tako biti valjda

                            danas otpuhao 130kg bench (mislio da je 120) 135 vec malo sporije, pa 105 x 6, 90 x 10, 100 x 6, 90 x7, 60 x 14

                            pa svasta nesto za upper body hypertrophy (veslanja na spravama, ruke etc.) i listovi
