      110kg 1+ => 4 - daleko najbolji rezultat u dvije godine treninga

      2x120kg w/knee wraps

      dropset 100kg, 80kg, 60kg

      BB row, 3 serije
      Lat pulldown, 3 serije
      Lateralno dizanje i pretklonu za stražnje rame (još nisam naučio kako se točno zove ta vježba), 4 serije

      U petak se selim u teretanu Metalac da mogu staviti uteg na pod kad radim deadlift bez da me netko opominje.

          Malo se zagrijao nešto ovo ono sa petica pdok nisam došao do stotke i onda:

          hehe, sam u teretani, žive duše nije bilo, samo trener i ja! naravno, nema tko snimati, ali nema veze jebiga. Ovako, 140 je išao glatko da nisam vjerovao, 150 isto, tik ispod paralele, 160 je malo zastao u rupi ali sam ga digao koliko toliko bez frke, e sada dolazimo do 170 koji nije bilo paralela, malo iznad, je*iga, neću sada tu neke priče prodavati, ja sam zadovoljan treningom i kako sve napreduje. Još malo skontati ove wrapse kako mi najbolje paše i to je to.. nego, kako ih vi njegujete? nakon treninga samo zarolate i to je to ili? se to treba prati? haha

                  Komentar: ufff danas je bilo napeto. Prvo se raskrvarim dok stavljam utege (fuck me, right?) i onda cucnem 170 ko da sam cucnuo 250kg srs. Ultra spor i nesiguran. Tu sam totalno poludio i naljutio se na sebe i sve druge sudionike teretane. Stavim 180, motam wrapse, svi krvavi od moje glupe nezgode, amonijak, cucnem i bilo je neopisivo lagano. I razmisljam zasto mi je 170 bilo teske i nemogu shvatit al dobro nema veze... idem dalje, stavljam 190 i cak je bio brzi nego serija od 180 haha za nepovjeeovat. Malo je bio plici ali nema veze. Nakon toga sam bio presretan i mislio stavit 200 ali bilo bi previse, to cu cuvat za natjecanje ako bude sve islo dobro i po planu.*

                  Uglavnom dupli rođendanski PR, nemogu biti sretniji. Zadnji teski trebing, drugi tjedam deloadam i maxiram na natjecanju.
