    adidaske imaju petu sto omogucava da lakse pogodis dubini i ostajes uspravniji, uz to su jako jako stabilne i nema mrdanja u njima

      # nekih 40 min mi je trebalo za čučanj, što je najduže do sada.
      Zadnje dvije serije stavio nekakve steznike na koljena, samo smetaju haha još se jedan bio zarolao malo dok sam radio

        DAY 5 - lower body

        Danas nisam ganjao nista spektakularno, primarni cilj mi je bio odmorit gornji dio i laktove sto me zajebavaju i radit na mobilnosti za prednji cucanj. Htio bi ga radit sa klasicnom pozicijom ruka umjesto hvatanja sa prekrizenim rukama i tu moram raditi najvise na mobilnosti rucnog zgloba i odrzavanja tijela u sto uspravnijoj poziciji.

        50x5 X4 (ponavljam, radio sam na mobilnosti pa nisam isao nista teze od toga)

        Cardio 15min i puno istezanja...
        Panirao sam jos i odradit deadlift ali erektori su mi bili "on fire" tako da cu pricekat ponedjeljak

            Da, ovaj iduci tjedan radim samo glavne liftove i nista drugo... A u tjednu kad je natjecanje odnosno deload week, mislio sam napravit samo do kilaze koju bi uzeo kao prvi pokusaj ili da se manim toga i napravim cisto neke ultra lagane serije?

            Za sad, za prvi pokusaj bi uzeo:
            SQ 160kg

                danas nesto sto inace ne radim, odradio trening popodne, nije puno lose s obzirom da sam samo pojeo 2 kriske nutele prije treninga

                na dubini radim vec svakako, ide nabolje - snaga je tu i squat fino odgovara na visoku frekvenciju


                +paused squats, hyperextensions (ovo sam radio sa 5 i 10kg u ispruzenim rukama ispred glave)

                        malo hip mobility, malo vise veliki stopping power bandaza, najvise nedostaak osjecaja za to odkako sam na sirem stavu


                        ono dok ne vidim snimak rekao bih da sam vise nego dobar, ali nije tako


                        vidjecu kako ce to izgledati u pripremama sve do prvog takmicenja u februara, ako tamo bude kakvih red lightova prebacujem se na elasticnije bandaze(inzir grippers) za balkansko

                            stagnacija, spor napredak, ovako mi odgovara puno bolje

                            jos malo da sredim depth i bice odlicno, onda krenem forsirati DL i ciljati 250-300 napokon za ta dva lifta

                              Tu se je veca aktivacija kukova i gluteusa u siroj poziciji zar ne?

                              Cini mi se da ce ti imat dobar carryover na sam sumo dl zbog slicnog stava a i jacanje cijelog donjeg tijela...

                              Hipertrofija gluteusa...sto je i vazno kod dl-a... Odlicno, samo guraj naprijed

                                sad meni liftovi nisu stvar snage odredjenih misica nego neuralne adaptacije, bar cu to smatrati presudnim faktorom za sq i dl - ovako dok jacam ove misice koji bi mi trebali imati dobar carryover na sumo, sumo mi je i po prvi put u zivotu ''opao''

                                no, nekad down the road, kroz par mjeseci treninga ici ce vjerovatno gore kad krenem forsirati vise dl, ne sumnjam ali ce i sq progress opet usporiti predpostavljam,,,ali sve je to oke, s obzirom da ciljam nesto kao 250-300 a recently najbolji sq je ovo 220x3 a za dl samo 235 x 3 (cini mi se da sam imao +20kg na to u zadnjim pripremama)
