      naravno...svaki deadlift day mi je bio sumo, jedino su setovi iz deficita bili conventional - to sam i napominjao par puta kroz temu


      na kraju krajeva, ''nije isto'' ako cemo cjepidlaciti, ali je bolje raditi onaj koji ti vise odgovara - sto je za tebe i za mene sumo

        Active hard core rest (znam da zvuci blesavo ali bilo je zestoko):

        Naime, odlucio sam se da mi prva vjezba bude paused squat: zagrijavanje i onda 5x5, potom sam napravio 2 vjezbe za leđ i 2 za prsa u superserijama i isto tako 2 vjezbe biceps i triceps super serije. A to je izgledalo ovako:

        Paused squat: 30x10,40x10,50x10,70x8, i 5x5 sa 90kg - pokusavao sam sto manji razmak napravit sa nogama i dosta mi je bilo tesko ali pokusavao sam radit na formi i probijanju dubine cucnja tako da sam zadovoljan sa ucinjenim.

        Zgibovi: BWx10 x10 x10 x10 u super seriji sa:
        Incline BP paused 50x10,70x8, 80x6, 80x5

        Barbell rows: 50x20,80x15 x15 x12 u super seriji sa:
        Dumbell BP: 22x15, 30x12 x12 x12

        Biceps dumbell curls: 14x15, 18x12, 20x10, 20x10 u super seriji sa:
        Skul crushers: 20x15,30x12, 40x10, 40x10 ( te kilaze i + z sipka, neznam koliko ima)

        Pregib kablom (kao na double biceps pozi): 20x15, 25x12, 25x12, 25x10 u super seriji sa:
        Triceps ekstenzija špagom: 40x12, 50x12 x12 x10

        Malo istezanja i odoše na klopu!

        Komentar: divljacki trening, majica nikad mokrija neznam sta me motiviralo da takad trening napravim ali zadovoljan sam da sam odlucio na "visoko" intenzivnu varijantu. Jucer jos odigrao sat vremena nogomet na terminu tako da malo sam osjecao prepone i kukove ali sve u svemu cucanj je bio odlican!

        I imao jako dobar preworkout . Prvo dorucak: omlet od 4 jaja,50g gorgonzole,100g zobenih i
        Prije treninga: 150g banane, 150g jagoda, 20g meda i 250g posnog sira. Delicious

          CYCLE 3, WEEK 1, BENCH DAY 5+:

          Set 1: 77.5x5
          Set 2: 92.5x5
          Set 3: 105x5+ --->6 (+2.5kg i 1 ponavljanje manje)

          Incline dumbell press: 22,30,40x10 x8

          Pec dec machine: 4 serije, u super seriji sa:
          Dips: BWx10

          Skull crushers 4 serije, rope pulldown 4 serije i kickback kablom 3 serije

          Kardio 20 min

          Komentar: danasnji dan je bio dosta naporan tako da i trening je bio u malo umornom stanju. Sutra kidam deadlift!!!

            par napomena prije nego sto krenem dalje - sto se tice meet prep-a cucnjevi ce biti wrapped (ko da mi to ista znaci lol) i kad dobijem pojas, bice i s pojasom - sto se tice radnih serija na DL-u, svi ce biti deadstop a bench ce biti sa legit meet pauzom


            MEET PREP WEEK 1/5 SQUAT

            SQUAT(target 205):

            cilj je bio 160 x 5 x 3 ocigledno - sve islo glat


            onda sam isprobao novu vrstu pristupa serijama zua accessory, naime krenuo sam od oko 60% 1RM i radim serije od 3 4 ili 5 ponavljanja i sve pojacavaj po 5 kg dok god mogu, pa znaci:
            PAUSED SQUAT HIGH BAR

            100 x 4
            105 x 4
            110 x 4
            115 x 4
            120 x 4 (ovdje mi se zgadio i trening i meet prep i cucanj i sve .. i trapez mi vise bio umoran od sipka i ne znam ni ja - ali eto isao sam neki ''push through it'' koliko sam mogao)
            125 x 4
            130 x 4
            135 x 3

            SUMO DL
            60 x 5
            100 x 5
            140 x 4
            170 x 8 (od umornih erektora serije su se cinile jako teske do ove...znaci uvijek mi je prvo ponavljanje bilo najteze, pa i ovdje - ali onda kad sam ''probio'' sva ostala ponavljanja su mnogo lakse isla - nije mi se ovo prije desavalo, ali eto fin osjecaj )
            200 x 4



            poslije ovog mi nije ni naumpalo pumpati nesto jos, raditi listove bicu ili sl.
            eto malo sam vise filozofirao u postu, valjda je i bolje tako sad dok je fokus na manji broj vjezbi


            e da, ovaj nacin loadanj-a za paused squat se cini jako zanimljivim pogotovo ako kao ja inace na accessory-u skacete velikim stopama kilaza pa vam ukupni volume nije nesto veliki(samo 1-2 peak set) - mislim da ce super biti i na defict DL i paused dips-evima

              CYCLE 3,WEEK 1,DEADLIFT DAY 5+:

              Set 1: 115x5
              Set 2: 135x5
              Set 3: 155x5+ ---> 10!!!! Znaci doslovno sam mu hebo kevu! (+5kg i 2 ponavljanja vise)

              Barbell rows 50,80,100x10, 100x10

              Row machine 4 serije jednorucno i nakraju drop set

              Pulldown 4 serije

              Pregib z sipkom 4 serija zasnja drop set, hammer bucicama 3 serije i 3 serije pregiba kablom s time da su zadnje 2 bile drop

              Komentar: extra extra zadovoljan DL! Neopisivo sretan i zadovoljan na treningu nakon odrađenih glavnih serija. Isplati se radit 2 puta tjedno DL vidi se... Odlican trening uglavnom, sutra razmisljam za neki active rest pa sam razmisljao da idem plivat jedno pola sata do sat vremena,vidjet cu...

                stvarno svaka cast, +5kg i +2 ponavljanja ni ja nisam dozivio


                ja danas odradio neki pull workout lagani nevezan za prep, bb rows do 115 x 8, pa zadnje rame, face pulls jedno 6 serija, vratilo sa +15 x 7, malo biceps i eto


                edit: bitna promjena u nacinu ishrane, prebacio sam se na IIFYIC

                        92,2 izvagano maloprije, to 98 stoji odkako se uvela ova opcija s tezinom

                        sto se tice meet-a, odrzavanje kao i dosad, izbaciti carbse iz vecere noc pred meet i uletiti u klasu do 90

                        do tad puno piletine i sladoleda, i ostale PL approved hrane kao na primjer cevapi, pizze, jaja sa sudzukom, tuna, cimet keksovi, plazma, mlijeko, pahuljice, salate, whey, cheesecake etc.

                            samo da mi je docekati meet ziv i zdrav, pa sta bude bude - do tad cu uzivati u napornim treninzima i pokusati sto vise biti stress-free
