            5 x 10-15 - fol ovo radio na normalnoj spravi za hiperektenziji - nije to to, ali sve sto mogu trenutno





            bonus: na pola zagrijavanja za sq sam pozalio sto sam dosao i zamalo otisao kuci, kroz citav trening sam se osjecao kao da cu vrlo lahko posjetiti snap city ali izguralo se nekako i uradilo se nesto bez vecih problema - ali srecu nisam iskusao na block pullsima pa sam tu i dovoljno lagano radio

                      nesto malo front squatsa, high bar squatsa i stojece fleksije.



                      komentar: eto napokon da nesto snimim mogao sam bolje pozicije odabrat ali nema veze, bit ce jos toga. muci me jedna stvar kod front squata, kako drzim sipku sa 2 prsta (kazi prst i srednji prst) nesto me zategne po sredini dlana. vjerujem da je to zbog slabe mobilnosti šake/zgloba i isto tako gležnja (trebao bih vise biti uspravniji) rijesenje toga je jednostavno da prekrizim ruke kad radim ali htio bi si popravit mobilnost i radit "normlno". ako ima netko neke cake ili prijedloge kako da povecam mobilnost zgloba (ako se netko nasao u slicnoj situaciji) neka slobodno napise. ja to rijesavam konzervativno i to jednostavnim istezanjem. vidjet cemo dali ce mi se popravit stanje.

                            Komentar: lose sam spavao i sve ae to odrazilo na ohp. Ocekivao sam lakocu u izvođenju ali dobio sam dosta teske serije (i forma je patila)

                            Krenuo na bench, prve 2 serije sa 120kg su mi bile relativno lagane i bez faking bolova u laktovima!! Aaaaawwwwwyeah! Odlucio sam postavit PR na zadnjoj seriji i tako je zavrsilo, cak sam imao i 7 pon. Al odlicno je i ovo napokon neki napredat na benchu!

                              samo 5kg vise od 8x4 serije neki dan koje su bile mnogo lakse, to me malo zabrinjava - inace, opet hejtam bench

                              + lateral raises, biceps, triceps, face pulls

                              *ovaj fluff work sam poceo raditi pravo bro-ish...jedna vjezba 10 serija po 10-12 ponavljanja sa 20-30 sekundi pauze, ocigledno veoma lagane tezine...tako sam uradio sve vjezbe osim facepulls-a njih sam samo 5 serija uradio

                              jako zadovoljan deadliftom, nemam problema s grip-om, ledja me ne bole toliko kao do nedavno, ovaj zadnji grinder mi ne izgleda kao da sam podvlacio - sve u svemu super
