    Odlican napredak!

    @Bucka: Jednog dana. Neman dizacke cipele, neman pojas, neman wrapse, sta zapravo i nije toliki problem, to brzo stigne ili u najgoru ruku mogu posudit od nekoga. A pravi razlgo je sta ne smatran da san dovoljno jak. Na natjecanje cu izac tek kad buden siguran da i zatvorenih ociju mogu imat total od preko 600kg. I moran benc popravit, neugodno mi je koliko je los.

      Dinč! Svaka čast za napredak i samo naprijed! I da, znam zašto si dignuo toliko na dl-u danas, ... ...

        Desila se kemija hahaha , ipak je prvi april, moram zezat ljude s fejsa xD (makar ce ih 90% skuzit ali nema veze) :P

            snimio sam 205 x 8 DL i 150 x 3 paused SQ, nisam snimio radne serije cucnja

            al je snimak poverty nad poverty-ma
            edit: snimak je toliko los da cete se smijati kad vidite

            maxime, ni jason blaha nije totalirao 600 prije par dana na meet-u, cisto da znas
            i to u 100kg klasi, a bio je blizu 110kg 2 sedmice pred meet

            edit: i to pored jakog drug use-a i *****om hejtanju momaka koji imaju SQ i DL veci od njegovog totala...

              Znan za Blahu, pratia san to, isa je na ekstremnu dijetu da udje u kategoriju i sjeba se totalno, ima bi debelo priko 600 inace. U svakom slucaju vrlo nebitno.

              Vazno je sudjelovat, stec iskustvo itd, sve ja to znan, al postavia san sebi neke ciljeve i ne izlazin na prvo natjecanje dok to ne postignem.

                      Sta se suma tice, kukovi su ti dosta visoko u pocetnoj poziciji i imaju malu vertikalnu putanju a ipak imas vrlo uspravan torzo. To je meni znanstvena fantastika jos uvik...

                            CYCLE 3, WEEK 3, SQUAT DAY 5/3/1+:

                            Set 1: 100x5
                            Set 2: 115x3
                            Set 3: 130x1+ --> 4 ( +5kg i +1 ponavljanje! )

                            Box squat: 50x12, 90x8, 130x5 x3 serije i zadnja drop

                            Lezeca ekstenzija 4 serije

                            Listovi sjedeci 4 serije, malo trbusnih i Kardio 20 min

                            Komentar: extra zadovoljan sa cucnjem, zadnja radna serija je bila sa beltom jer jucer radio DL pa imam laganu upalu... Nisam radio paused squat jer ga cuvam za subotu makar sam mogao jos jednu vjezbicu ubacim mozda iskorake ali nema veze...

                                Inace ne, ali danas sam napravio iznimku jer neznam dali cu stic odradit sve kako treba zbog obaveza...
