          u nekom savrsenom svijetu pravim 220/230 - 140 - 272.5 / sto je 642.5


          vala ne znam sta sve mogu zeznuti da opet podbacim ispod 600...mada put je skoro 700km nadam se da me nece previse zeznuti, taman da skinem sa svakog lifta po 10kg opet je 600+ pa cemo vidjeti

          ...ali ono nikad se ne zna


          edit: u savrsenom svijetu zamjene takmicarsku klupu sa nekom normalnom i tu bencham 150+

              evo da logam benč i sq trening. već neko vrijeme radim prvu vježbu po 531 računici, tako da su ovo 1+ treninzi. kroz defku je opala kilaža na liftovima, ali je opala dosta i moja kilaža, pa eto, idemo jače i bolje
              s kalorijama sam još uvijek relativno nisko, pa mi i to daje neki "prostor" za napredak.

              #-s čučnjem se još tražim. jedno vrijeme sam radio low bar, nedavno sam se vratio na high bar i malo uži stav nego inače, i čini mi se da mi bolje odgovara. čini mi se me muči tightnes poslije nekoliko ponavljanja.

              nakon 5/3/1 serija odradim kilažu koja je bila prva, 3 seta po 5 ponavljanja.
              druga vježba idem do 8 pon, kad odradim to, sljedeći trening veća kilaža. vježbe rotiram. treća vježba mi je oko 10 pon, a četvrta je oko 12, ili neka superserija, drop ili nešto, za hipertrofiju. ovo je u grubo samo, neke crtice.

                Komentar: extra zadovoljan radnim serijama, malo podbacio na zadnjoj seriji pauziranog ali nema veze zato sam malo jace podbacio na ohp jer sam digao za 10kg tako da drugi put radim sa 65 umjesto 70...

                Uzeo wrist wrapse, super posluzili a nadam se da ce jos bolje na cucnju jer tamo mi zapravo i najvise trebaju

                  dear training diary:

                  poslije takmicenja iz korijenja mijenjam tehniku cucnja vjerovatno


                  ici cu sa wide stance / oly shoes / hybrid bar position - i knees forced out

                  razlog je moja gradja, tj. long limbs - eh sad tu generalno u obzir ulaze klasicni olimpijski cucanj i ovo gore, ali me za oly + bandaze poprilicno zeza dubina i previse je tu ''slabih karika'' u toj izvedbi - i to je nekako sto sam uvijek pokusavao ali sve je manje i manje islo kako treba


                  sto se tice slabih karika u ovoj verziji, na osnovu nedavnih fail-ova cucnja sam skuzio da trebam poraditi na abdukciji kukova tj. na jacini gluteus medius - zasto? jer fail-am cucanj u ''rupi'' a pri tom ostajem uspravan (da ne ostajem uspravan nego budem ''tumbled over'' problem bi bio core i generalno back strength)

                  na kraju bi to trebalo izgleda nesto na fazon greg nuckols, green, koklyaev cucnja

                  sto se tice assistance vjezbi radicu below parallel box squats sa kompletnom pauzom dole da se fokusiram malo na taj drajv iz rupe - ostalo po obicaju

                        Mada, možda naiđem da gledam, imam jednog drugara iz teretane koji se takmiči i šampion je u bio u svojoj kategoriji raw bench - 98kg, 170kg.

                            nekakvi dead hang zgibovi bez opterećenja:

                            veslanje u pretklonu:

                            lat (obrnuti-dlan prema tijelu):
                            4serije po 12

                            sjedeće veslanje
                            2s x 12, 2s x10

                            lat (široko, dlan prema naprijed):

                            tri vježbe za biceps:

                            #erektori upaljeni od čučnja (maksimusovi problemi) pa je veslanje u pretklonu patilo. nestalo mi nescafe stronga pa su zgibovi patili, jer sam u podne išao u gym, iako sam popio 400 mg kafeina u tabletama, al ništa, jače limun

                              Komentar: this shit just got real! Nikad zadovoljniji cucnjem, odlicno napreduje! Wrist wrapsi totalno olaksali bol u zglobovima i uopce vise nije pain in the ass!

                              Na zadnjim ponavljanjima od zadnjih serija lagano se cucanj pretvorio u good morningse (nije puno ali skuzio sam lagani disbalans odnosno quadovi bi gurali i kukovi bi se digli dok je trebalo malo vise vremena da se leđa isprave) zato s razlogom radim sldl upravo da ojacam taj lumbalni dio leđa odnosno erektore i naravno zadnju lozu kao nesto manje bitan segment u ovom primjeru.

                              Nesto kraci trening jer sam vise vremena posvetio kolegici na objasnjavanju vjezbi a i bila je lagana guzva u gymu... Ugl. Znam sta trebam popravit i idemo dalje na najjace
