Set 3: 165x6 (+5kg, -1 ponavljanje)
Deficit dl 140x5 x2 serije
High bar paused squat
50x10
70x5

110x5 x3 serije (+10kg od zadnjeg ciklusa)
Cable rows 5x10-15
Lat pulldowns 4x15
Komentar: malo me poremetio faks tako da zbog predavanja sam morao ici rano ujutro na trening i sve mi je poremetilo: snaga i energija nije bila na mjestu, pospanost itd itd. Ali mislim da to nece biti slucaj u sljedecim tjednima jer nesto mjenjaju predavanja pa cu vjerojatno moc radit treninge u obicajno vrijeme.
Cucanj je bio dosta tezak, s time sa sam skocio na +10kg od proslog puta a da ne kazem da nisam nikad radio sa takvom kilazom pauzirane cucnjeve (high bar) tako da sam zadovoljan i vidi se da lijepo napreduje...
U stisci s vremenom pa samo proletio kroz acc vjezbe...
Pitanje: dali da radim cucanj prije deadlifta ili nakon kao i uobicajno?

Npr. Kad imam deadlift day da prije deadlifta odradim pauzirani cucanj ili kao i uvijek napravim dl i onda nakon toga cucanj?
Neznam ako ce imat neke znacajne promjene, jedino da mi nebi patio dl...

Hm, ne vidin bas smisao u takvoj rosadi.
To bi napravia samo u slucaju di cucanj nebi nimalo(ali bas nimalo) negativno utjeca na deadlift, sta sigurno oce.
Takodjer, high bar u mom iskustvu puno bolje podnosi slabija ledja i trapez, tako da ako vec zelis radit cucanj posli DL, to je najbolji izbor i tako bi to ostavia. Pogotovo ako uzmes u obzir da je napredak svakako tu, radia ti cucanj ko prvu ili stoprvu vjezbu, ako su uvjeti iz treninga u trening isti i ako je napredak konstantan, ja se nebi sekira.
