                Komentar: danas me nije toliko boli lakat, nesto malo sam osjecao ali slabijeg inteziteta pa sam ipak odlucio napravit i ohp nakon bencha. No, zajebo sam sa se sa skullcrusherima te mi je "škljocao" lakat i povecala se bol ali trenutno nakon skoro 2 sata ne boli me vise nista.
