    Ponovi cijeli ciklus.. pojacaj asesori ako ti bude prelagano i u radnim serijama smanji pauzu...poradi na formi

        zaboravia san napisat da san evo bas maloprije ima prvi trening ponovljenog ciklusa tj bench trening gdje san u 3. seriji izvuka isti broj ponavljanja kao u proslom ponovljenom ciklusu

            Komentar: dođem u teretanu i sve sipke zauzete. Zagrijavao sam se 20ak minuta i napokon se oslobodila jedna... Poludio sam

            Nakon toga, cijeli trening je bio odlican! Cucanj je isao lagano bez poteskoca a deadlift jos lakse. Prednji cucanj nisam duuugooo radio i ovih 100kg na 5 pon je bio definitivno PR. I mislim ga ukomponirat u sljedece treninge.

            Od kad sve to radim beltless, znao bi vrlo intenzivno osjetit erektore. No, kako treninzi idu, moram priznat da erektori sve manje i manje ostaju upaljeni i bez boli. Vjerujem kako sam ih ojacao upravo zbog toga sto sve radim bez pojasa jer inace to nije bio slucaj.

                  Komentar: ohp isao odlicno, na benchu se desio lagani prekret. Uglavno da ne duljim, uzasno su me bolili laktovi (tetive) iz razloga jer mi je bilo hladno i naravno nisam se dobro zagrijao. Prva serija je bila najbolnija al kasnije se stanje malo poboljsalo... Ovo ostalo sam sve brzinski napravio i odoh put pod noge...

                  Sljedeci plan mi je maximalno odmorit i sljedeci tjedan ide maxiranje. Mislim da ce mi najbolje ic deadlift jer se najsnaznije i optimisticnije(?) osjecam dok ga izvodim. Inace svi ti pr-ovi ce biti beltless i jos za cucanj wrapless. Moram priznat da se veselim iducem tjednu samo da me laktovi ne budu zajebavali i da posnimim sve te serije.

                      Komentar: koliko god volim trenirat u powerlifting tezimu sa teskim serijama i manjim brojem ponavljanja, toliko i volim ubacit bodybuilding rezim sa vecim brojem ponavljanja i pumpanje misica do trenutka kad bis se najradije bacio na pod zbog tolikog "zarenja" u misicu cisto malo za promjenu, odlicno mi je sjeo danasnji trening.
