            mozda, definitivno nisam dovoljno dugo i intenzivno to radio da mogu ista ocekivati


            ali efekta ima pomiriti se s malim listovima, tad si najrahatniji

              Ja sam probao sad tu okluziju primjeniti na bodyweight čučanj, jedva sam 20 komada napravio, pump i bolovi su strašni. Okluzija funkcionira samo ne znam dal funkcionira pozitivno ili negativno. Svakako ću probati u teretani kao zadnju vježbu kod čučnja ako se sjetim.

                  Misliš da nema potrebe koristiti ih za noge? A ne znam, htio bih dobit malo mase u nogama jer mi uopće ne rastu pa bi ih okluzijom dodatno stimulirao.

                          A baš sam nedavno razmišljao da bi Eric mogao srušiti neki rekord u čučnju bez bandaža i eto... Sviđa mi se njegov izbor glazbe (dimmu borgir na drugom liftu, fear factory na trećem)
