      mislim da se ne ubija zivac samo se naviknes na bol


      TRENUTNO ignorisem bol u palcu ali sinoc kad sam se potrudio da osjetim bas me je bolilo od sinocnih 300kg, a sedmicu prije toga nije od 340kg s blockova koje sam drzao jedno 7-8 sekundi

                    Bio je smrtni slucaj u obitelji pa nisam bio ni od volje pisat a jos manje trenirat... tako je tek danas bio odlican trening s kojim zapocinjem kontinuirano pracenje i analiziranje treninga. Radim po programu beyond wendler s kojim sam vec radio proslu zimu ali ovaj put uz neke izmjene...

                    Danas je sve islo fenomenalno! Setup na cucnju i osjecaj "tezine" na leđima nikad bolji, hook grip ide na bolje i tezina se kretala extra lagano, posebno sam ponosan na front sq jer mi se mobilnost popravila te samim time sam imao minimalne bolove u zapescima i nesto vise uspravniji nego inace... Tjt. Idemo dalje u nove pobjede!*

                            Ja bi na tvom mjestu napravio jos load drop serija..npr da postignes siguran rpe9 ...
                            Mislim da radis osmice ako ti to pase dok ne dodes do rpe9

                            Btw ako si napravio osmicu a mislliss da imas 12 to je rpe 6. Stisni to

                              The bad and the ugly: - zadnje 2-3 sedmice polahko me pocinje hvatati tendonitis podlaktice, malo previse rada na bench-u sa formom koja ostavlja dosta pritska na podlaktice i dug periodkoristenja low-bar cucnja, self-massage pomaze...danas me malo i koljeno zabolilo, nadam se da nije nista ozbiljno
