Evo vrijeme zlatno i veselo,
Kad nam nije zabranjeno jelo!
ja dnevno povećao na 3500+ kalorija,do zime cilj svaki dan pojesti 4000 kalorija,jer imam samo 90 kg i zimi je veća hladnoća ne želim pasti ispod 90 kg da me djeca u prolazu guraju
benš je 100 kg 7 puta ,zgibovi 22 kom ,triceps s klupe ležeći 50 kg 15 x ,druge vježbe osim bicepsa ne radim u teretani
samo kickboxing udarci što više ponavljanja to bolje da klešem noge i tijelo + puno hodanja da se misici ne trose na trcanjima
idem na komfortnu hranu ,oh kako je to divno ,evanđeoska caruje sloboda .

Komentar: eto malo sam se maknuo od rutine i napravio trening leđa bez dl-a i cucnja. Nevjerujem da cu napravit deload week jer mi realno je treba nego od ponedjeljka pocinjem sa 3. Ciklusom i tjt.

ramp do 250x1 - mislio sam ici na 3...prvi vec bio dovoljno tezak tako da se nisam mucio dalje i ostavoi snage za dan kad mi DL bude prvi u redu da napravim 250x3 i onda sam miran do takmicenja
komentar: na bench-u isprobavao novi setup, onako nije lose na squat'u forsirao koljena vani i propadanje pravo prema dole i mislim da mi odgovara

u zadnje vrijeme sa svim ispitnim rokovima i tako bio sam na gram+ svaki dan, ujutro se probudim kao zombie i ne funkcionisem prvih par sati pa rekoh bar da malo to regulisem - ali eto upravo se castim tj. ''junkam'' sa pola litra crnog caja
sto se tice pozitivinih efekata dosad:
- mnogo manje se znojim, pogotovo po dlanovima
- mnogo veci apetit imam (procjenis sam jel ti to pozitivan ili negativan )
- mnogo vise spavam - do prije ovog skidanja sam zbog ispita spavao ovako od 4-6 samo 2 sata i u dan mozda nesto malo, a i kad nijne bilo ispita legnem kasno tek oko 3-4 i probudim se oko 9-10...ovako sam vec 6 dana spavao vise od 8 sati i legnem oko 12-1 (sinoc sam mlao kasnije legao ali sam spavao 2 sata prije treninga)
