Nije mi poznat mehanizam kojim bi se jednostavni UH u mlijeku "konvertirali" u kompleksne.
Sadržaj oligosaharida u mlijeku je vrlo nizak(beznačajan) i ostaje takav bez obzira na proces obrade. Laktoza sačinjava 99% sadržaja šećera u mlijeku. Laktoza je disaharid ili jednostavan šećer.
Ja bih zanemario "informacije" iz ovog članka.

Jutarnji LI kardio se radi na tašte iz razloga što u tom periodu nema inzulina koji bi kočio oslobađanje masnih kiselina iz masnih stanica.
Već i vrlo slabo lučenje inzulina će utjecati na kočenje lipolize i djelomično(u manjoj ili većoj mjeri) onemogućiti iskorištavanje masnih kiselina kao izvor energije.
Whey podiže inzulin, pa onda i takav kardio djelomično gubi smisao.

I meni je nejasno,ne razumijem kako konvertiraju jedno iz drugog,evo i na nekoj lijecnickoj stranici.
Vjerujem da je stvar krivog uzimanja/interpretiranja pojma "complex".
Ako pogledaš definiciju "complex" UH-a na ovoj "doktorskoj" stranici(iako me zanima koji doktori su posali ovakav članak?!), stoji ovako:

U prijevodu, "doktori" su riječju "complex" okarakterizirali sve UH-e koji se sporo probavljaju.
Dakle, nema veze sa stvarnom kompleksnošću šećera.
Laktoza, budući da se sporo probavlja je u tom kontekstu okarakterizirana kao kompleksni šećer, iako to u stvarnosi nije(gledajući kemijski sastav).
