      sori ekipa sto se ubacujem, ali ja bi htio probati s HIIT-om 3 puta tjedno na biciklu po 10 minuta...sta kazete?

                jesi treniro ikad koji drugi sport, ako ti je naporno radi kardio 40-ak minuta dok ne dodes do neke kondicije za HIIT

                  trenirao sam nogomet al sam brzo prestao zbog disnih problema...imam devijaciju nosnog septuma tako da nemogu skupit neku kondu

                    samo naprijed, probaj 10-20 minuta...ali shvati da i ''samo'' 10 minuta treba da te ubije i da bude jako naporno, to je pravi HIIT

                      Prije šprintanja treba se dobro zagrijati i razgibati. To je maksimum koji izvlačimo iz sebe, pa ako nisi dovoljno zagrijan velika je vjerojatnost ozljede.

                        ja sam probala na biciklu juče, pošto ne mogu da trčim..krepala sam u 15min

                                tesko da mozes tako ciljano skidati. ugl promjeni prehranu idi u deficit i to je to.
