    Sto se tice prehrane, krenuo sam na drugi dio dijete i to na ketogenu. Znaci danas mi je 2. Dan, 2400kcal, 1kg manje. BW 94kg

    A danasnji pump na treningu je bio nenormalan, nisam dugo imao tako... Keto gainz!

          farmer's walk/koferi: tri kruga ispred teretane sa 105kg u svakoj ruci...ovo je odlicno, definitivno trebam cesce raditi i bas se osjetio dodatni umor i endorfin kick poslije treninga

            Jucer samo pumpanje leđa:

            Barbell rows, pulldowns, cable rows, pullower, biceps curls i cardio.

            Imao sam namjeru radit deadlift ali odmah na 1. Ponavljanju sam raskrvario nogu jer uvijek lupim u istu krastu a nisam imalo sleevese da ih stavim na cjevanice (niti duge carape) pa da ne u*erem cijelu sipku, jednostavno sam preskocio lol

                Dosta kraci trening, iscrpljen totalno. Trebao sam uzet dan odmora ali nakraju ipak odlucio doc posto je sutra blagdan pa cu odmarat. Usprkos tome, cucanj me isla jako dobro. Planirao sam jos jednu radnu seriju sa 140 al sam ipak odlucio smanjit i napravis jos 2 back seta...

                    Pozdrav ekipa, imam jedno pitanje. Zanima me ima li razlike ako dižem mrtvo s poda ili ako šipku stavim na dvije step klupice i stanem na treću? Pitam zbog toga što se stanari iz zgrade žale kad se udara s utezima od pod, a kad se stave step klupice ispod se ne čuje ništa. Inače, završio sam s prvim tjednom četvrtog ciklusa danas i moram priznat da je program odličan, napredak je nevjerojatan.

                        Tog je i mene strah, danas sam probao sa 115 kila i bilo je stabilno isto kao i kad radim s poda. Valjda će izdržat do devetog mjeseca kad se otvara nova teretana, navodno najmoderniji XXL istočno od Zagreba, pa se nadam da će imati one gumene podloge da mogu lupati ko čovjek

                              malkice povrijedio lijevi list, ne znam kako uglavnom zabolilo me poslije treninga...mislim da ce se smiriti ubrzo...ledja danas poprilicno oke, reverse hyperi me nisu bolili i svaka serija mi je dala osjecaj da nesto pozitivno radi a i na cucnju samo imao jako minimalnu bol
