      ma ako sa estetikom mislis drzati ovih siromasnih 90 kila gdje u majici bez pumpe izgledam ko da ne dizem, ne pucam...sad je cilj napuniti kategoriju do 110kg pa u medjuvremenu postici status jacked & tanned, ili ako nista samo jacked


      velika ramena su mi uvijek bili ono sto se istice kod impresivnih tijela(a pomaze kod bench-a), triceps zaostaje dosta pa cu poraditi a vjerovatno ce mi to i najvise pomoci s benchom, a podlaktice su onako misici koji su puno zapostavljeni a bas su show-off i vide se tokom skoro citave godine a ne samo ljetna sezona i trebace mi snaga grip-a ako ozdravim s ledjima (da kucnem od drvo, mnogo je bolje, btw snimicu jedan klip o tome sto sam sad poceo raditi za ledja a cini se da pomaze napokon) mozda se i oprobam u strongman takmicenju, ako nista bar cu trenirati malo sa gumama, yoke-om, koferima, circus dumbbells i mozda i atlas kamenjima, i naravno log press

      ukratko, zelim da se ispunim dovoljno da se ne moram vise vaditi kako sam na klipovima manji nego na slikama i kako su mi dugi ekstremiteti pa sve izgleda manje ako ne flexam

        danas sam prvi put u posljednja 2 mjeseca radio bench sa nogama na podu umjesto gore, tj. povreda polahko postaje bolje i definitivno idem u pravom smjeru



        in other news evo mog prvog pokusaja pizze, pripremio sam dovoljno tijesta da do kraja sedmice svaki dan napravim po jednu



        ako kog zanima danasnja ishrana, hronoloski:

        dorucak: pizza(tuna+sudzuka+salama), tuna + hljeb(ostatak konzerve)
        uzina: medena srca
        rucak: domaci pileci doner
        preworkout: banana, 4 noblice
        postworkout: whey+mlijeko, 5 noblica
        postworkout 2: sladoled sa 2 noblice i mljevenim keksom on top... i jedna kruska

        i ostalo da veceram, u planu je: omlet (6 bjelanaka 2 cijela jaja + sudzuka), pola litra mlijeka + kakao, malo meda i koliko mi treba hljeba za taj omlet, vjv. 3 kriske

        izmedju se pio cijedjeni sok od narandze, bolero, litar crnog caja, voda...toliko o mom reverse diet-u

          120x3 X3 RPE 8.5

          CGBP paused

          Incline dumbell press 4x10-12

          Cable flys 3x15

          Lateral rise 4x12

          Facepulls 4x12

          Triceps rope extension 5x10-15 (zadnja drop set)

          Cardio 15 min

          Prije treninga sam bio skoro cijeli dan na moru, izgorio ko p**** i mislio kako ce mi trening biti jako los + jako kasno sam i dosao i teretanu.no, ispada da je bio jedan od boljih u zadnje vrijeme! bench nikad laksi, izvukao bi jos 3 serije sa onom kilazom sigurno, setup je bio savrsen, brzina nije patila. Jako dobro sam se osjecao i imao snage na treningu makar sam i dosao dosta kasno.

                  ma trening je broj 1 nema rasprave...

                  al pizza, 10 noblica, kako, medenjaci... bio bi napuhnut cijeli dan ko trudna zena

                  ja osobno unosim trenutno oko 2k kalorija i mrsam puzevim korakom ( trening 60 min visoki volumen sve osnovne vjezbe, jos hodam 25 min na faks i 25 min sa faksa) LOL

                  i na dane odmora bicikl 20-30 km

                    Odmarao tjedan dana od gyma, slabo se istezao, dosta kardijao tj hodao.
                    Leđa bole još. Nikako da se "ozbiljnije" istežem. Zaredam par dana pa onda ništa hah

                    Danas:
                    Dl, sq.. Nije išlo, bole leđa.

                    Probao box squat, išlo bezbolno pa sam upalio dosta serija
                    RDL 5 serija
                    Hodajući iskorak 3 serija
                    Core work


                    BW ujutro 85
                    Dosadno pa ću i ja napisat svoju prehranu, danas

                    3 jaja, 4 integralna tosta, 100g pileće salame
                    200g makarona, 400 piletine (w obroka, prije i poslije gyma)
                    Whey, naranča
                    Jagode sa Lino ladom
                    Posni sir 500g, kikiriki ovisno o tome koliko masti još imam

                                joj funny story neki dan sam se predozirao pred ispit

                                sve u svemu bilo je preko 2 grama, od podne do navecer oko pola 4 taj dan, spremao sam ispit....najveca greska sto sam napravio je da sam u pauzi ucenja popio dupli nes, pa umjesto da odem uciti jesto nesto puno UH pa bio pospan, pa to pokusao kontrirati jednom tabletom od 200mg pa me to sve jos vise uspavalo, i zaspim sat vremena...probudim se poslije, valja opet narokati se za kvalitetno ucenje, i tako krene belaj...


                                uglavnom, don't go there...nuspojave su bile gadne

                                ovih dana 500-600mg
