        Nisam pisao log jer su trenizni bili li-la, nisam pratio nista, stisla me bila skola pa sam to rijesavao i tako i onda nisam imao ni vremena za pisati ista.. a sada se vracam nazad u formu, malo mijenjam neke stvari, malo pametnije treniram i slusam svoje tijelo.. i jos imam novu drogu, amp cini cuda! haha gdje ste vi? @TripleZ kako ledja? Dince, ti, kako ide? Mogao bi do pule sa sestrom pa da rjesimo neki trening zajedno!?

            danas bench opet, da ne mislite da sam postao bro jucer sam napravio deadlift(deficit 150 x 5 x 4) i back/traps/abs hypertrophy

            evo bench-a da vidite kako izgleda tehnika sad kad jos ne mogu arch-ati kako treba...12.5kg od 4rm PR-a u proslim pripremama ali kao sto vidite sada je primarni cilj nabiti dosta volumena sa brzim non-grinder ponavljanjima...nista spektakularno

              Danasnji trening je bio milina, radio sam do heavy single serije sa korekcijom u formi sto je rezultiralo jos jacim i boljim cucnjem. Naime, problem je bio sto sam cucanj zapoceo sa lomljenjem u koljenima i cijela pozicija je prakticki bila kao i na high baru sa koljenima daleko ispred noznih prstiju. Zato sam danas uspjesno lomio prvo u kukovima pa onda sa koljenima i imao clue "sit back" te sa svime time jos uspjesnije gurao koljena prema van i veci opseg otvorenog kuka. 10/10 dan

              Znaci cucnjevi su me razorili lol. Ova serija sa 170 je isla puno lakse nego prosli put. Na oly-ju radim sa sto uzim stavom a danas je bio uzi nego inace i dosao sam do zakljucka da se mobilnost popravila (na cemu i radim vec jedno vrijeme). Jedino me malo lijevi kuk zeza, imao sam istih problema sa desnim jos prije natjecanja u 12. Mjesecu prosle godine i rijesio sam ga foam rolanjem pa vjerujem da bih upravo s takvim nacinom rijesio problem na lijevom kuku.

              BW 95.8 ,odlicno s time sto sam zadnja 2 tjedna podigao kalorije i unatoc tome ostao na istoj kilazi. Od danas sam krenuo sa 2. Djelom "defke"*

                Danas totalni yolo dan, napravi 2 treninga, pojeo malo vecu kolicinu hrane (citaj: slatkog) i sve u svemu malo umorniji ali zadovoljan*

                    SQUAT (nis posebno, usavrsavanje nove tehnike sa sirim stavom i probao sam radit sa ravnim patikama)

                    130x3 X5 super easy i islo je puno bolje nego inace a sto se tice patika, neosjecam neku razliku između powerlifterica i ravnih patika... Mislim da cu radit u adidaskima jer imaju cvrscu podlogu i cijelokupno krucu strukturu.
