    i ja isto, pa prestao sam s refeedima, prosli put mi nakon 6 dana dijete i refeed-a trebalo 5 dana da se vratim gdje sam bio dan pred refeed

      nakon 65km biciklizma, da pojedes 5k kalorija bio bi svako u deficitu

        Odlicno to izgleda TripleZ. Primijetio sam da si veoma vaskularan, sto je i kod mene slucaj bez obzira na body fat. Mogu misliti kako ce tek izgledati. Svaka cast, samo naprijed.

          dok sam se vozio jeo sam minimum da ziv izadjem gore


          pri vrhu sam imao jako bolne i duge grceve u kvadovima koje nikako nisam mogao zaustaviti jedno 10 minuta...a pobrinuo sam se za hidrataciju, unos soli i unos magnezijuma...ali dzaba, napor na tijelo

            Viroza i uzasno stanje organizma 5 dana za redom tako da ovaj trening je bilo kraci i nesto laksi. Mozda sam mogao napravit speed work al nema veze

            Odlicno sam se osjetio nasprav viroze, mislim da sam se napokon toga rijesio... Crijeva i zeludac se napokon vracaju u normalu.

            Deadlift isao odlicno, sa cucnjem sam se malo igrao i probao radit sa ravnim patikama. Nisam siguran dali je bolje ili gore za razliku od powerlifterica, vise sam "padao" na pete i tako imao veci fokus na potiskivanje petama sto je rezultiralo dosta stabilnu formu i nesto plicu (padam nazad). Slaba loza? Duzi femur? Moguce...

              e imam cak i neocekivani PR za prijaviti

              deadlift 250 x 10 nakon 3 serije po 4 ponavljanja

              deadstop, beltless, stiff-bar, sa 3cm jer u ovoj teretani moram nesto staviti gumu ispod

                            to je to sto sam stigao danas, imao ispit pa bio malo u zurbi. lagani PR na high bar cucnju, 170 bi imao cini mi se ali nije mi se dalo probavat. forma je zadovoljavajuca, radim na tome da budem vise uspravniji.

                              skinuo 20 lbs od pocetka dijete, vagnuo 93 i skontao da sam poprilicno dobro nabio kondiciju nakon trosatne voznje biciklom danas



                              i standardno jeo i mislim da ce opet dan zavrsiti u deficitu, pored ovog na slici (nisam sve te kekseve pojeo) unio sam jutros tunjevinu s jednom kriskom hljeba, i isplanirao sam jos whey poslije treninga i piletinu navecer nekih 350g sa 2 kriske hljeba i mozda jos jednu kriskicu zasladim nutellom ili uzmem bananu u medjuvremenu... i naravno 3 kese bolero (i na slici je)



                              jutros sam htio komplet odustati od dijete ali prosla me je ta zelja
