    Nakon duuugoo vremena poceo sa hyper. Inace mogao sam bez problema radit sa tom kilazom tako da sljedeci put povecavam. I da, napredak na ab rolleru, umjesto 10 presao na 12 pon. Lol*[emoji14]

          Malo sam se igrao sa sirinom stava pa sam "setao" kroz radne serije sa sirim i uzim stavom. Dosao sam do zakljucka da mi je malo siri stav od sirine ramena najbolje pase.*

                poceo sam redovno i intenzivno raditi triceps, vjerovatno najvise zapostavljena skupina u zadnje 2 godine...valja benchati 200 do kraja godine pa valjda ce pomoci pri tome

                    ovako: glavna vjezba inace mi je naravno bench koji je svakako close grip u mom slucaju, pa sam mislio da je to vec dosta stimulacije obzirom na sami volumen koji radim (smolov šeme, sa dodatnim potiscima poslije za prsa/ramena) na sta sam samo ponekad dodavao BW dips-e i skroz lagane cable pressdowns onako u 20 rep šemi za pumpu i zdravlje lakta...eh sad posto se taj sistem treba mijenjati dodajem vecinom dvije od ovih vjezbi na to gdje cu ozbiljno ganjati prog. overload i imati bar 2 dobre radne serije (ukupno 4-6 za svaku vjezbu):

                    skullcrushers(mark rippletoe style) sa ez sipkom ili bucicama
                    standing overhead triceps extension
                    band pressdown


                    mada je tesko u ovoj teretani sa gumama jer nemam puno izbora...eto, i dosta pomaze s estetikom triceps pump mi izgleda poboljsa x1000

                      e da, te izolacijske vjezbe ganjam high volume naravno po vise serija, znaci 7-20 reps sa ne previse odmora izmedju serija...to odredjuje intenzitet, obviously ispod 80%

                        Prema posljednjem programu koji upraznjavam postizem i volumen i intenzitet, te nakon svakog treninga osjecam dobro pogodjen triceps.

                        1. Close grip press (Barbell) 3x8
                        2. Lying triceps extensions (EZ-bar) 3x8 Napomena: Sipku spustam prema celu
                        3. Standing triceps extensions (EZ-bar) 3x8 Napomena: Nije bas isti pokret kao u vjezbi iznad, totalno drugacije osjetim triceps
                        4. Triceps dips 3x do otkaza Napomena: Noge obavezno na uzvisenju

                        Izmedju serija je 60 sekundi odmora, izmedju vjezbi 2-3 minute. Maksimalne kilaze. Na taj nacin ima i volumena, ali i intenziteta. Ovakav raspored vjezbi, te volumena i intenziteta mi najvise odgovara.

                        Naravno ovo je samo dio treninga, inace pored ovoga radim i biceps (znate da preferiram treninge po misicnim skupinama). Medjutim, prije nego sto sam uzeo pauzu ovaj trening sam kombinovao s prsima i dobio enormnu upalu. Cini mi se daleko efektivnijim nego prethodno navedeno, tako da ozbiljno razmisljam o prelasku na split programe nakon pauze.

                              benchao pa poslije odradio ruke (supersetovi biceps triceps pa podlaktice poslije) ovo je tokom mog water cut-a znaci na 91kg (vec 4kg manje od sinoc) bio poprilicno vaskularan i suh ali sam i prenapumpao ruke poprilicno pa izgubio svu definiciju/detalje

                              eto...sto se tice looking jacked cilj za ovu sljedecu masu starting tomorrow je da nabijem podlaktice, triceps i ramena...i da mi se listovi smiluju onako sami od sebe
