    pocela sam. Znas da ja jos nisam zavrsila breaking bad ? :shy: stavila sam na listu i true detective, better call saul, house of cards, scandal i.. i da, the wire. Planiram zavrsiti do 2020.

      Opet sam napravio navecer trening samo sto mi se ovaj put spavalo za razliku od ponedjeljka haha, odlucio sam samo pumpat:

      Barbell rows
      50x20
      70x15
      90x15
      110x12 X3
      90x12 X2

      Underhand 50x15 X3 (ultra kratak odmor)

      Dumbell rows 3x12

      Latpulldowns 4x12

        Mozda je do tebe. Ja licno nemam problema koliko god da pojedem bilo cega. Uvijek mogu jesti i to mi je velika prednost. Ogromna vecina mi je rekla da bi ubila za takav metabolizam. Medjutim sada kako ucim slabo da ista jedem niti treniram. Psihicki stres me ubija, tako da gubim i apetit, a svi liftovi su opali drasticno. Ne mogu uraditi 60 sklekova kako treba, a do prije neki dan je to bilo smijesno. Imam cak osjecaj da sam se i udebljao, iako je to totalno neopravdana misao.

        Ako vec vidis da ne napredujes, mislim da grijesis s tim niskim kalorijskim unosom. Duze vremena sam i ja bio na 2,000kcal i nisam osjetio neki znacajniji napredak sve dok nisam poceo vise jesti. Zasto? Vise kalorija, vise snage, bolji trening. Samim tim se vise trosi i metabolizam se ubrzava. Vjerovatno ti je tijelo naviknuto na taj unos i vjerujem da bi trebao mijenjati taj rezim, a i trening zajedno sa njim.

        Pokusaj nesto drugo. Povecaj kalorijski unos, povecaj aktivnosti i volumen. Naglasak na volumen.

                    E triplezu, kakvo je sad stanje sa leđima? Jel možeš skvatat? Šta si radio s nogama kad nisi mogao skvatat?

                      pa jucer sam napravio 70kg 6x6 bez bolova, ide polahko na bolje...nisam nista posebno radio s nogama osim sto sam vozio biciklo, i da hocu nije samo da ne mogu skvatati ista bol bi se javljala pri fukk ekstenziji na šut-u, ili pri iskoracima ali sve to ide na bolje pomalo

                      radim PUNO core stability vjezbi, glute firing vjezbi, hipertrofiji trbusnih, poza kicmene dekompresije, myofascial release, abductor i adductor vjezbice kukova, vjezbe disanja dijafragmom...sad vec malo rijedje ali radio sam i bill starr-ov back rehab sa good morning i parcijalnim deadliftima u serijama od 75 ponavljanja sa praznom sipkom, okolagijom ili nesto malo tegova

                      trebao bi opet kiroprakticaru i onda se jedno sat dobro posvetiti da releas-am sve misice u predjelu core i onda zauzmem neki ugodan polozaj i pustim da se to sve namjesti
