            To ti je danasnji standard, pay to play. Hoce da je neko moli za pristup profilu, a lifta sipku laksu od moje gonade. Ako vec trazi validaciju i hrani ego na pacenicima neka nabaci jos koji plate na sipku.

            Ono sto je meni doprinjelo da ojacam (a sto mi je takodjer omogucilo optimalnu kondiciju) na cucnju je 20-rep squat. U pocetku su to bile nize kilaze, kasnije sve vece dok nisam poceo raditi low rep squat s optimalnim kilazama kroz deset serija. Nakon toga drop setovi leg extensions i leg curls do otkaza. Tek sam nakon toga primijetio da mi noge rastu.

            Kada mijenjam varijante treninga, pored squata, radim lunges, single leg split squat i step ups, te jos jedna vjezba za listove ali nikada me ne pogodi toliko dobro kao gore navedeno. U ovoj varijanti ima vise volumena, ali nista se to ne moze porediti sa deset serija cucnja i drop serijama do otkaza nakon toga.

            Malo mi je zao sto sam u najboljoj formi bio primoran prestati zbog ispita i neugodnih bolova u donjim ledjima, tako da sam sada malo oprezniji bez naglih skokova.

              dragi argentume, prosto mi je fascinantno u koliko tema dijelis svoje pristupe treninga bez da neko pita, nije da je to lose ali jarane nisi otkrio lijek za sidu

              having that said, 20 rep squat je so 2011...ako hoces pravi challenge napravi 20 rep front squat(ne pika se nista ispod 60kg) i to je so 2012, al haj

                      Kada radim 20-rep squat obicno su to cetiri serije. Pocinjem od 60kg i svaku seriju dizem za 10kg. Low-rep squats kroz deset serija od jednog do cetiri ponavljanja. Ako su dva ponavljanja ili vise (do 4 max) onda idem 110kg-120kg, a ako cu raditi 1RM po seriji onda 150kg (s tim da cesto ide redukcija na nekoliko posljednjih serija, jer tu gubim snagu). Jos sedam dana treninga i onda ljetovanje, nakon cega planiram da se vratim ozbiljnijem treningu koji bi trebao trajati do pocetka oktobra. Nije mi cilj pretjerano napredovati na liftovima, vec konacno postici optimalni body fat i onu estetiku koju zelim.

                          Na 20-rep squats natkoljenice su paralelne s podom, dok kod malog broja ponavljanja ili 1RMa idem najdublje sto mogu.

                          I da, u posljednje vrijeme mi koljena pucaju vise nego ikada, tako da u vezi s tim imam jedno pitanje. Kada radim heavy cucanj onda su mi stopala vrlo blago pomjerena u stranu (imam bolju stabilizaciju i snagu), tako da kada se spustam pravac koljena nije 100% paralelan sa pravcem stopala. Citajuci razne forume ljudi pisu da to ne bi tako trebalo, a ipak ih vecina tako radi. Da li je moguce da to moze biti uvod u potencijalnu povredu? Vasa iskustva?

                          Dakle, ne govorim ja sada ovdje o nekim amaterskim odstupanjima i nepravilnom izvodjenju vjezbi, ali ja nikada nemam 100% paralelan pravac pomjeranja koljenja u odnosu na smjer stopala. Do sada me niko nije opominjao niti je primijetio neku nepravilnost na cucnju.
