      mislis zbog sciatice ? pa dole su mi noge ali nisam u zadnje vrijeme previse paznje posvecivao leg drive-u ali polahko radim na tome opet kao i na putanji sipke, danas je treci dan za redom da bencham i mnogo dobro su se osjecali ponavljanja

      a izgled...naso dobru pozu, onako normalno ispravljen sam jos dyel

              -moran se naviknit na ponavljanja, preteško mi je

              + incline bp, triceps ekst., biceps ekst.

              07.08. SQ DAY, TM 90%1RM --> 81 kg

              radne serije:
              5x55

              5+x72,5 ---> 5
              -prve dvi radne serije san napravila sa po 2,5 kg više - greškom, na 5+ seriji san bila ajme, zadnja 3 ponavljanja su mi bila ekstra teška - da nije bilo ovog broja 5 koji stoji na papiru vjerojatno bi odustala nakon prva 2 repa.

              +mrtvo 3x5x60kg, ležeća ekst ----> zaradila upalu šta je super jer je nisam imala misecima

              Danas kreće WEEK2 - can't wait

                      zas ne uzimas vitamin D 5000IU, omegu 3, kreatin ? (jedina 3 koja ja uzimam.. tj omegu svakih par tjedana jer mi je odvratna tekuca)

                        za kreatin sam jedan od rijetkih non-respondera kreatin

                        vitamin D i omegu 3 bi mogao ali vec jedem ribu 2x/sedmicno ne znam koliko bi mi tacno pomoglo

                        bilo bi dobro da pokupim vitamin C i rokam 3k-5k IU dnevno, od tog mi je faca manje napuhana/crvenkasta i cini mi se da pozitivno utice na raspolozenje
