    danas radio extra volumen za cucanj, generalno dobar trening cak jedan od boljih u zadnje vrijeme

    Evo snimka videa sa malo sirim stavom. Po osjecaju, mislim da mi bolje pase ali vidje je da moram radit jos na tome pogotovo u zadnjoj seriji koja nije snimljena, kukovi su bjezali prvi za gore. U pauziranom cucnju to nije bio problem i cini mi se kako bi popravio taj slucaj.

      Dinč, probaj laktove malo prema naprijed držati, možda pomogne, bar malo

          Više ispod šipke, vertikalno odnosu na pod. Ovako kad ti odu nazad, možda guraš šipku prema naprijed pa te to baca naprijed.

                    Nis posebno, napravio trening u drugoj teretani pa odlucio radit sumo dl nakon dugo vremena cisto zbog znatizelje kako se osjecam u toj poziciji i mogu rec da sam popravio formu. Cucanj se osjecao dosta teskim iz nekog nepoznatog razloga.

                        Ma cekaj, samo jedna sipka na cijelu teretanu? A znaju da ima nas liftera... Umjesto da "renoviraju" (obojaju zidove lol) mogli su ulozit u barem jos jednu sipku... Neznam sta bi rekao osim katastrofa... Kazi mi dali je to normalno?

                              Ma prelose... Kaze manci da su njemu zabranili jer je kasni 1 dan sa placanjem lol. Nista, stednja i nadam se cu do kraja iduce godine imat svoj garage gym...
