          @Megara hvala :3 btw šta je s tvojim logovima i s napretkom po pitanju snage? Ako se dobro sićam ti si bila powerlifting entuzijast

          Eeee kad idete na 1RM? Nakon nekog posebnog treninga, po završetku ciklusa ili bilo kad kad imate osjećaj da bi moglo bit nešto?

              pa kad padnu ponavljanja vratis se na klasicni, 3 sedmice i po potrebi deload prije novog ciklusa


              1RM idem na takmicenju ali eto, kad vidim da bi moglo nesto biti, neka okrugla cifra recimo 200kg ili 4 ploce (180kg za bench od prije par sedmica recimo) nije da je to toliko bitno

                    Napredak nikakav, jos nisam ni stotku povukla.. ne znam sta je za reci, zasto sam tako slaba. trudim se i treninzi su mi high volume i treniram onako kako ne bi trebalo - kao beaten dog, svaki aksesori mi je DO OTKAZA (samo isticem da nije do toga sto ne radim dovoljno), ali napretka u snazi nema. Jedan dan padne DL 74 x 12, a drugi mi ispada 60kg iz ruke.

                      predi na neki ozbiljniji powerlifting program..PMaj ako si zainteresirana..

                      vezi gurtne od sada pa zauvijek pa ti vise nikad nece grip sje-bat dl trening.

                      12 repova je ocito too much za dobit snagu.

                      mozda bis sve trebala pocet bolje progamirat i nikad ne radit do otkaza..

                          Good morning, sklopke, trapez bucicama


                          Prvi put vježbao sa Eleiko šipkom i utezima (iako su bumper platesi bili). Mislim da mi je u komercijalnom gymu šipka malo višlje u početnoj poziciji, al ne puno. Knurling šipke je dosta loš u kom.gymu pa mi je sa Eleiko lako držati..haha

                          Samo dosta skuplji gym nego moj inače, tako da...pričekati će još

                            danas benchao 130x5x7, sinoc , radio poslije malo iskorak

                            ofalio sam pravo obzirom da sam u zadnje vrijeme smanjio frekvenciju ali ici ce na bolje

                              Dosta dugo si u treningu, tribala je past stotka. Mozda stvarno tribas promjenu i bolje isprogramiran trening.
                              Mozda 3-4 radne serije do 6 ponavljanja, 1. tjedan 4×3 na 80%, pa isti tjedan al drugi dan tu vjezbu napravis ka pomocnu 3×6 na 60%, 2. tjedan 3×2 na 90% i opet 3×6 na 60%...
                              Nesto tipa to... To kazem iz vlastitog iskustva, kod mene je palilo iako nikad do prije 5 dana nisan imala isplaniran trening nego uvik sve po osjecaju i bez pomocnih vjezbi i naravno triba imat granicu i ne ganjat maksimale na svakom treningu, to je najtezi dio, barem meni :P
