ukupan dojam - tragedija.. kilaže jako niske, umor prevelik i mrzin prokletu teretanu.. od 6 kaveza 0 slobodnih i iman izbor stajat tu 30 min i čekat da se neš oslobodi ili radit nešto drugo tako da san na kraju napravija prvo pola assistance vježbi pa tek onda otiša na čučanj.. da bi onda opet nakon toga završija drugu polovicu assistance vježbi.. 3. set slabo. nisan više ima snage i bilo mi je pun kur*c svega tako da san izvea ovih 5 i to je to.. iskreno, ne znan šta bi reka za čučanj, tu san najslabiji definitivno, iako san se stvarno zadnjih misec- dva uvatija toga ozbiljno da krenem povećavati kilažu i da popravin greške u izvedbi.. eto toliko

Komentar: danas se super osjecao na bench pressu, igrao sam se malo sa pozicijom stopala, malo sam radio sa punim stopalom na podu i malo sa samo prstima na podu i tako mi puno vise pase. Malo mi je lakse stisnut gluteuse kad sam punin stopalom na podu za razliku na prstima (mozda 20% razlike). Hvat mi vise pase malo uzi nego ekstra sirok a koliko ja znam tako je i bolje zbog povreda. Nesto slabiji na dips-u nego inace, i nesto kraci trening odrađen...

Polako, mozda ti cucanj nije jaca strana ali tokom nekog vremena ces ojacat i radit sa puno vecom kilazom... You dont have to be great to start. Uostalom kad je takva guzva, pa zamjeni si trening pa radi npr. Bench day umjesto cucnja.
joj 6 kaveza imate i zalite se, ja jedva i 1 imam pa nikad nije bilo to razlog da se ne moze raditi
malo produzite mobility work, malo se ubacite s nekim - i tako
stotine puta sam ljude ''otjerao'' ako ne rade squat ili OHP a koriste rack - mislim ono komunicirajte s ljudima, nece vas niko napasti sto ga pitate da s njim radite
isto tako i ja sam znao sa 150-160kg skidati da bi neko uradio sa 30kg serije - sve je to normalno
