                    Hvala svima

                    da ne pricam puno, evo vam klip...ako vas sta zanima pitajte, jos nisam spavao od jucer ujutro, danas odpratili goste iz Srbije i malo vodio po gradu ove čehe (lik sa slike gore, novi man-crush ovih powerliftera ovdje no homo) i bacili smo i trening jutros gdje sam log press-ao 100kg a i pokusao potisnuti bucicu od 72kg ali nisam uspio, nabacio sam nekako na rame ali sam jedva i cenat odlijepio prema gore haha

                    cucanj i bench sam samo izlazio 2 pokusaja, a prvi pokusaj cucnja nisam snimio


                    i jos jedna stvar, nose tork i raznorazni amonijaci su cisto sranje u odnosu na ono sto sam jucer probao (šmrkao)

                          a ne znam, bilo mi je ''taman'', po 5 kila vise i bili bi mrtvi grinderi a svakako mi je samo ''medjutakmicenje'' pa nisam ni htio nesto puno fulati liftove i cuvao sam se malo za mrtvo

                            Jao sam lockout na deadliftu je malo zajebo ali ovo su vanzemaljske tezine covjece svi liftovi izgledaju clean i easy as fuck!

                            Nego sta je to sto kazes da je bolje od amonijaka?
