    ej a gdje je meet? i jel ides kao u sastavu reprezentacije, posto pisao si o onim nekim pl-ima, i vidim ''BiH'' na trikou..?

      da idem u sklopu PL tima BiH iako je to sve jos uvijek ono neoficijelno (mislim nemamo savez i to) ali to je ta ekipa

      a taj dres, draga Jovana, to sam posudio od jednog hrvaca za svaki slucaj ako se dole ne budu mogli kupovati singleti - a ako bude, uzet cu sebi jedan da imam nemamo mi jos svoje dresove

        Prvo da napisem da MENI osobno ovakav trening snage ne pase nikako dok sam u debelom kcal deficitu tako da automatski su losiji rezultati. Ja cu i dalje radit po tom programu ali necu se previse obazirat na oscilacije u ponavljanjima nego cu gledat da uspjesno odradit rep range koji mi je određen tog dana.

        Cisto informativno: kad sam presao ispod 2800-3000 kcal i manje od 250g UH ,postalo je "klimavo" sa naprecima.

        CYCLE 4, WEEK 3, DEADLIFT DAY 5/3/1+:

        Set 1: 140x5
        Set 2: 160x3
        Set 3: 180x1+ --> 3 ( +5kg i - 5 ponavljanja)

        Barbell rows: 50,80x15, 100x10 x10

        Zgibovi: BWx9 x8 x8

        Jednorucno veslanje bucicom: 20,30x15,40x13, 40x12

        Pullover kablom: 3x15

        Biceps pregib z sipkom 4 serije, hammer curls 3 serije

        Cardio 20 min

        Komentar: najveca oscilacija do sada ali vec sam napomenuo na pocetku zasto... Idem dalje pa do kud bude islo,ce ic!

          CYCLE 1, WEEK 1, BENCH DAY 5+

          Set 1: 52 x 5
          Set 2: 60 x 5
          Set 3: 68 x 5 + 4 + 1 uz malu pomoć pri kraju dizanja..

          ukupan dojam - dobar trening.. napravija san sve šta sam i planira osim cable crossovera, jer ljudima nije dosta 8 sajli za trceps pa su onda i ove dvi morali pritvorit u to.. lol .. isprid mene je definitivno dug put do barem prvog cilja.. bench 100, SQ 100, DL 160.. iman nekih problema još kod izvedbe bencha, nisan savlada još dovoljno da guram prsima pa se onda kod umora koristim nekako rukama puno više nego šta smatran da bi triba.. trajanje treninga 70 min

              samo kukate, ja u zadnja 24 sata 3 puta pojeo piletinu s cevapima a vaga u teretani pokazala 89,60 - I KAKO JA DA ODRADIM MASU POSLE OVOG ?

              inace pojeo sam i predobar kolac, dvije banane, jabuku, puno hljeba, tunjevinu, whey s mlijeko, sir smarski rok(dem macros) - komad dva keksa i malo salate - oko 250 protaca danas

                Napravio sam prosli vikend (bio sam 3 dana na putu) tako da tamo sam malo jace jeo "junkao". Sljedeci radim ovu subotu ili nedjelju jer sam vec sad prazan zapravo osjecam da nisam skroz ali na kraju tjedna cu bit sto posto...

                      jtžm, pa jel ovo moguće?! pa na svakom hljebu (pakovanom) koji sam dosad vidjela (osim raženog, tonusa i sličnih) odnos je oko 70-80 C!

                          CYCLE 4, WEEK 3, OHP DAY 5/3/1+:

                          Set 1: 55x5
                          Set 2: 65x3
                          Set 3: 72.5x1+ ---> 4 ( +2.5kg i -1 ponavljanje)

                          Stojeci potisak bucicama: 20x15, 22x12 x12

                          Lateral rise: 10,14,16x12 x12 x12

                          Letenje za zadnje rame 4 super serije sa facepullsima

                          Shrugs 3 serije x 15

                          Cardio 20min

                          Komentar: danas sam isao na visi rep range (od 12 do 15) i zadnje serije su bile u drop setu... Sutra squat, isprobat cu jos jednom low bar i vidjet ako ce me bolit rucni zglob i mislim da sam skuzio u cemu je problem, pocne me bolit kad stavim +100kg jer mi vjerojatno sipka stvara prevelik pritisak na lijevi zglob i to ja mislim zbog nadhvata sa palcem preko sipke (a sa desnim zglobom nemam apsolutno nikakvih problema). Sutra cu eksperimentirat pa vidjet sta dalje...
