Komentar: sta reci, uopce mi nije bio ni plan otic na trening i to jos odmah nakon posla kao da se rijesim toga i odradim noge... Not good idea at all.
Opet su me zajebavali zglobovi na ruci ja stvarno neznam koj k se vise desava... Mislio sam se izrolat na foamrolleru ali neda mi se upravo zbog tako loseg dana tako da cu to prebacit za sutra.

Komentar: jedan od rijetki fenomenalnih treninga nogu! Nadam se da ce ih bitu vise. Prvi put sam uspio 130x3 u 3 serije odraditi sto me odusevilo. Napomena: radio sam sa remenom squat i DL. Nesto slabiji na deadliftu jer sam se vec dosta "sprzio" iliti izmorio na prijasnjim serijama cucnja.
In other news, inace treniniram kad god stignem. Ne radim logove jer ne pratim program trenutno nego radim heavy setove po osjecaju. Prosli tjedan sam radio po 5 ponavljanja a iduci tjedan ciljam na 1+ ponavljanje. Ajmo rec da radim po tom slicnom principu ali samo sto idem po osjecaju sto se tice kilaze. Ubzo se vracam na program sa novim ciklusima i novim postavljenim TM-ovima i nadam se PR-ovima
update od mene, trenutno sam na #RoadToRehabilitation od povrede ledja...odvajanja nece biti duze vrijeme, cucanj mozda - najvise bench i OHP

u pon navecer sam ponovo otisao i nisam se forsirao, cisto da ''oprobam'' i uradim 200x3 i 215x1 i sve se cinilo ''ok'' (mada mnogo slabiji nego inace, obviously) ali kad sam se ohladio preuzela je ista bol kao prvi put poslije onog 280kg
vidjecemo sta dalje...ulazim ponovo u fazon sa mobilnoscu, ''izmislio'' sam reverse hyper preko jastuka i foam rollera(3 serije po 12 toga mi magicno pomaze) - mazem po malo i tako...vidjecemo sta ce biti - plan je naravno vratiti se jaci nego prije sto brze

Vidim u zadnje vrijeme radite u glavnim vjezbama po 10 + serija piramidu .... Ne radite vise standardni 5/3/1, ovo kombinacije smolov i 5/3/1 ili ? Inace dizem 4-6 puta 147-150 kg. Medjutim sad odradio piramidu krenuo sa 45 kg do 135 kg i jedva digao 135 naravno , nije lose uglavnom.

ja radim klasicno, samo poslije glavnih serija dodam jos po par ''back-off'' setova
a ni za to sad nemam vremena kako treba, treninzi su mi po 45 minuta sto je za mene jako jako kratak trening, jedva vrijeme da se dobro zagrijem i odradim 2 velike vjezbe

ne pati mi cucanj zbog povrede koliko deadlift...a opet mogu odvojiti 200+ samo onda sutradan ne mogu pertle svezati
