        Komentar: stvarno sam mislio da imam 85 na pressu. Nisam se bas odmorio između seta jer jednostavno mi se nije dalo cekat pa sam pauzu među serijama imao 60-90 sec pa mi je mozda i to utjecalo...

                (Dosta slab na dl-u, zbog cucnja a i jos imam laganu upalu od prekjucer jer sam isto radio dl)

                Komentar: jako sretan jer vidim pomaka na squatu. Radio sam sa pojasom i imao sam neke knee slevese ali neka glupost kao steznik, ako nista barem mi je mentalno pomoglo... Sumo malo slabije odrađen ali dobro je, glavno da je bila forma na mjestu. Spoter na 155 kg serije mi je ajmo rec stavio samo prste na prsa ali sto se tice same izvedbe cucnja bio je lagani grinder. Naime, u pozitivnom dijelu pokreta kad sam dosao u poziciju polucucnja, pala je brzina i trebalo mi je jedno sekundu i pol da ga izvucem ali nakraju uspijesno zavrsilo ugl. Presretan

                    fino se osjecao, ipak vise uspijem odraditi ako ostavim za jedan dan jedan main movement - a i malo odmaram ledja bar dok terapija nije gotova - slijedi jedan OHP day, u ponedeljak opet posjeta kiroprakticaru, onda lagani deload cucnja umjesto 1+ dana i onda back on track i lagano rampanje deadlifta od 60kg 3x3 pa onda +20kg svaki trening dok ne dodjem do 300 3x3

                      Trenutno sam na 180-220/250/60-80 a od pon. Uh smanjujem na 150-180 i ovo drugo ostaje isto. Ukratko cikliram UH ovisno o danu, o treningu (squat day najvisi unos uh) itd. Proteini visoko cisto da "popunim" glad. I poceo sam sa suplementacijom kreatina ovaj put ethyl ester-a pa cemo vidjet kakve cu ucinke imat od njega

                        Pozdrav, odlucia san se na ovaj tip 5/3/1 programa http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=155460263 ... ali iman neke nejasnoce pa bi molia nekog da izdvoji 2 minute vremena

                        1. Kada raditi DELOAD ...svakih koliko ?

                        2. Mogu li teke izmijeniti accesorie vjezbe u odnosu na one u tom linku gore ? Npr umjesto kosog razvlacenja sa bucicama radia bi to sa kablovima... na takvu šemu mislim, nista drasticno

                        3. U kojem rasponu ponavljanja trebaju biti te accessorie vjezbe i da li ikad ici do otkaza ?

                        4. Znaci nakon svakog ciklusa treba nadodati 2.5kg za OHP i Bench te 5kg za cucanj i deadlift, e sad da li ja to nadodam
                        na moj TM ili na stvarni max?
