    Trebao si i 20 % ako ne mislis radit deload i ako ima namjeru radit bar 6 mj ovaj program sto bi bilo idealno za ostvarivanje dobrih rez.

        ostavi sad...kad zavrsis prvi ciklus napsi koja si ponavljanja napravio pa cemo vidjeti dalje...

          A spominju ljudi koji dizu 130-150 rm recimo u benchu njegovih 15% u odnosu na tvojih neznam sad 105 kg rm-a vec cini razliku a ako si citao na drugim forumima itd . To je sa deload sistemom iako nije pogresno niti tako sto radis ali ja sam krenuo sa 10-15% tm pa isao ispocetka za 3 tjedna.

                Komentar: nista posebno osim da sam radio sjedeci potisak umjesto stojeci jer nisam imao di radit (krcato) ali ciljam 90 na 1+ danu, mozda malo ne realno ali vidjet cu kako ce ici 85 u serije prije pa procijenit pa makar tih 90 bio push press.

                    ne nego samo dodam 2,5 odnosno 5kg

                    a jaci su...sve su ovo brojke na kojima uradim par ponavljanja vise nego zacrtano u zadnjoj seriji

                      komentar: jos uvijek imam strasne upale u nogama od zadnjeg treninga (vjerovatno zbog bulgarian split squatsa) do te mjere da se ne mogu ni foam rollati kako treba...poslije ovih cucnjeva vec mi je malo bolje
                      ledja se cine oke

                      sto se tice tezine na bench-u...malo razocarajuce s obzirom da sam mislio ici na 6 najmanje ali sta je tu je...BW u teretani je i bio 89.90 (iako sam toliko pojeo prije treninga da nisam mogao disati) pa mi je izgovor da mi je i BW malo nizi nego inace


                      zakljucak - na smolovu sam sa legit pauzom benchao 147.5 - cini mi se da sam vec malo ofalio cim sam se prebacio na manju frekvenciju...definitivno ponavljam smolov za bench kad-tad, vjerovatno i prije prvog ozbiljnijeg meet-a dogodine

                      mozda ubrzo i spustim TM za bench, vidjecu....next up: deadlift rehab workout i zezanje sa 60kg

                              kettlebell lateral raises 3 opadajuce serije, propadanja BW x 10 x 3 serije

                              komentar: napokon trening pod ''normalnim'' uslovima (nema vise posta i zurbe) pa i fini PRovi

                              mozda bih trebao smanjiti ovo maksiranje na PP
