    Kazem da mi je problem u mobilnosti, jednostavno ne mogu biti previse uspravan a da ne padam odozada na guzicu pa se zato i vise nagnem za naprijed... Pokusavam popravit taj problem sto je vise moguce. Inace sa high bar squat-om nemam tih problema a i tijeli mi je daleko uspravnije i nesto imam uzi stav za razliku od low bar squat-a

      prvi put da ovo radim i onako fino mi doslo da malo osjetim tezinu na ledjima, definitivno vec sad mi je psihicki lakse pripremiti se za heavy cucnjeve
      - mislio sam cetvorke raditi do 240, pa slucajno stavim 250 a i tu vidim da mogu 5 pa ih uradim...pa stavim vise tj. 260 i ta mi nekako bude jos laksa

      pullups: 3 serije ( x11, x12, x11)

      dual axis pulldowns 3 serije x 12 (prvi put da radim na ovoj spravi i pogodio sam misice za koje nisam znao da postoje)

      biceps hammer curls superset w/ straight bar curls po 10-12 ponavljanja 3 serije

        Komentar: jako sretan i zadovoljan najvise zbog ohp-a. Ostalo sve rutinski, jos sam imao u planu odradit triceps zapravo odradio sam jednu serije close grip bp ali rame mi vise nije dalo i naravno nebih mogao odradit kako treba pa mi se nije dalo niti nastavit vise.

          Komentar: rasturio dl! Mislim da je isti rep kao i na 1 tjednu. Izbacio sam pendlay rows i zamjenio ih sa barbell rowsima jer mi puno vise pase ova vjezba.

          I pitanje, da malo povecam volumen deadlifta? Jer radim 6 serija, prve 3 su zagrijavanje i druge 3 su radne. Makar ga opet radim cetvrtom kad treniniram noge samo sto je tad sumo umjesto konvencionalnog.

              Tako cu i napravit. Mozda ubacit pauzirane setove vidjet cu... Da te pitam jos nesto, prije neki dan si stavio link od ebay-a za adidas powerlift 2.0 patike pa cu najvjerojatnije od tog istog tipa narucit a muci me ako nebi fulao broj patika. Jesi mozda morao uzimat broj vece ili manje sto se tice kalupa? Ili "normalnu" velicinu koju inace nosis?

                ove sam kupio 45 1/3 (medjubroj) i sad su mi savrsene - na pocetku su bile neudobne i 'male' a nakon 3 treninga savrseno pasaju

                    Godisnji gotov 15 dana +3,5 kg Ali cim krenem trenirat 2 kg ide dole.

                    Evo ga od danas krecem na 5/3/1 zanima me po vašem iskustvu što je bolje ?

                    1. Krenut kao prvi put od cycla 1 kada sam prvi put poceo sa ovim treningom ? ( ovog puta planiram trening radit 6-7 mjeseci)
                    2. Krenut sa trenutnim RM-om koji je veci neg prije pa postavit nove TM-ove? (što znaci da cu prije doci do zasicenja i vjerovatno morati ispocetka)

                    Evo da se pohvalim kupili smo spravu od coffey, polu kavez extra je sad napokon mogu radit dips, bench bez spotera, čučanj maxirat itd

                      Draven ceka te dug put...uzmi male TMove..ako dl napravis 30 puta...drugi ciklus ces dici za 10 kg..al necw biti potrebe..

                            Komentar: prezadovoljan! PR sto se tice ponavljanja sa 100tkom ,inace lagano se dizu ponavljanja sa sekundarnim bitnim vjezbama a sljedeci ciklus paralelno dizem kilazu kao i na glavnoj vjezbi, takav mi je plan i zasad pase ali vidjet cemo tek je ovo pocetak...

                                A sta u cemu je razlika? Ja sam probao u drugoj teretani radit na tvrđoj i malo nizoj klupi i ona mi puno vise pase nego trenutna mekana klupa
