    Upravo čitam da 4 žlice biljnog ulja sadrže 480 kalorija :O na to do sad nisam uopće obraćao pažnju, kako vi slažete pileća prsa?

      Ja najcesce kuham jer mi je najlakse.Ako vec przim gledam da to bude minimalno ulja posto nemam tefalku

          Kapnem maslinovog ulja na teflonsku tavu i papirom razmazem po ciloj plohi ili kupim kad naletim maslinovo u spreju pa samo spricnem dva puta i to je to.

          U svakom slucaju u kuci uopce nemam obicno ulje, samo maslinovo domace.

                Regular fat and stubborn fat. You can probably guess what those mean. Regular fat is the stuff that comes off fairly easily. Just adjust diet and exercise a bit and it comes off without too much trouble. Just about any non-retarded diet and exercise program will work fine for that stuff.

                The severe muscle loss that frequently occurs in extreme dieters usually occurs when they are trying to chase down the last of the stubborn fat.

                When your body can't get fat to burn, but needs energy because you're cutting calories, it starts going after muscle at a quicker rate. This is one of several reasons that muscle loss accelerates when people get super lean.

                  Imas u Interspara u City Centru, tamo san ja uzea, ne znan jel di jos ima. Vamo u Mostaru san naletia u velikog Konzuma isto na neki sprej, al nisan siguran jel u Split dosa u Konzuma. Vrhunska stvar, pogotovo za proteinske palacinke, ne lipe se na tavu.

                    Taj rasprsivac je bio prosli tjedan u lidlu, stavis bilo koje ulje. Samo se nesijecam cijene... Ja mislim da je bio oko 40-50 kn

                                1) unesi proteine iz ''lean'' izvora - piletina, posni, whey (150 g = 600 kalorija, znaci na to potrosi ukupno negdje ispod 1000 kcal)
                                2) uzivaj u cheatanju iz bilo kakvih makrosa, nemoj pretjerati s kalorijama (pored onih 1000 sa dosta protaca, jos 2-3 hiljadarke)
