    *danas dobar trening cucnja, dobro sam se osjecao pravo a ni ovo nije bio grinder, tehnika na mjestu sto sam osjetio vec na prvoj seriji sa 70kg...cini mi se da sam ostavio prostora za napraviti 255x2 u ponedeljak

      fino je isao bench ali nisam vise serija mogao napraviti zbog bolova, svaki unracking je kao noz u desni gluteus...anyways, planiram u subotu/nedjelju heavy triple sa 152.5-155, pa u pon/utorak double sa 160-162.5 ako se budem osjecao oke, vidjecemo

        Eto me natrag nakon 7 dana temperature 37 i doslovno lezanja i spavanja. Danas nisam imao temp a i osjecao sam se odlicno pa sam odradio trening jer nisam mogao vise niti jedan dan provest kuci u 4 zida. Napravio sam neki full body trening, nista tesko i spektakularno a od ponedjeljka se vracam u rutinu. E da, napokon sam kupio belt. Doslo me nesto malo vise od ocekivanog (shipping pas mater) ali sve u svemu sam zadovoljan.

                            Ako nisi..predlazem da ozbiljno pocnes radit na gripu. Bilo bi lose da te on pocne limitirat ..

                                Pijancevanje u subotu i proslo tjedna temperatura su rezultirali slabijim treningom danas. Malo se i vise pojelo za vikend pa je skocila kilaza za 1kg gore... Korak u nazad al zato se nadam se ce u narednim danima biti 2 koraka naprijed.
