        in other news, do kraja godine planiram barem 800 total u 100-110kg i danas mi je prvi dan dijete, drzim se debelog deficita oko 1500kcal iz pocetka malo da se pocistim pa cu kroz par dana to normalizovati

          Slabo je to bajo moj, ja sam te kilaze dizo u osnovnoj ako ne i u vrticu

          Moras malo smrsat, jer si nizi od mene 10 cm a tezi 10 kg, cisto da se ja osjecam bolje

          A sad ozbiljno da ti cestitam, fino je vidjet da se trud isplati

            Katastrofa. Prije koj tjedan napravio 3 ponavljanja sa tom kilazom a jucer je ovo bio najsporiji deadlift u mom zivotu, RPE 15. CNS nemam jednostavno, deficit me razorio doslovno. Morat cu nesto promjenit a odnosno, povecat kcal unos i povecat aktivno i vidjet kakav ce biti ishodak.*

            Jedan dan pojacao unos i to pretezno iz UH i vec se vidi razlika. Za nepovjerovat koja je razlika u snazi u ova dva dana, mindblow. Radne serije relazivno lagane, RPE 9 na zadnjoj seriji. I nakon toga nesto veci volumen pumpanja sto sam inace i radio (unazad 3,4 mjeseca) i super mi pase ali neznam zasto sam prestao odnosno previse sam se forsirao na main liftove sa vecim volumenom i opcenito snagu.*

            Sto se tice izgleda, nesto definiraniji, vaskularnost bolje vidljiva. Idemo dalje

                            Svaka cast samo postavljaj rekorde!
                            Kako bi postigao nesto,treba ti mnogo motivacije i truda ,a rezultati ce se pokazati sa vremenom!!!

                            Najcesce koristena rijec u teretani "Neradim noge jer trcim" i "Koliko dizes na bench-u"

                              zapoceo sam dijetu utorak, idemo crash diet prvih 10 dana ili tako tj. neki 1500-2000kcal deficit pa cu normalizovati oko 500 kcal deficita

                                Welcome home CNS! Napokon se vratila snaga i PR na cucnju. Sumo me malo zezao sporim "off the floor" ali u lockoutu nije bilo problema. Kasnije pumpanje na high baru sto me razorilo doslovno. Jos malo loze i istezanja na kraju. I danas stegnuo pojas za jednu rupu vise sto znaci da mi i struk lagano pada kao i planu. Pojacao UH u periodu prije treninga sto mislim da mi ima jak utjecaj za snagu pogotovo u deficitu... Protein build muscle and strength, yeah right........
