    seated OHP smith machine 4x10

    incline bench machine seated 2 x 15 (ovo me ubijalo u rame, no thanks jeff)

    lateral db flies 4x15

    triceps rope pushdowns 4 x 15



    sve je to fino pumpanje ovo ono ali dopizdilo mi vec, mrzim ovaj komercijalni dio gym-a....ono ljudi prilaze pricaju neki broscience, pa gej muzika pišti, pa cekas na red za sprave i drugi hoce s tobom(odmah grupa od 4, a ja gledam da pauza bude minuta), pa neki pokusavaju biti opasni i imaju namrstenu facu dok rade biceps curls-e, daj ba...

      Kako je neobicno citati TripleZ-ov log ciji se koncept ne svodi na powerlifting. Samo naprijed, neka je sa srecom. Uvjeren sam da ce to odlicno izgledati za par mjeseci sudeci po trenutnom stanju.

          Lateral rise i doma

          Ohp mi stvara uzasnu bol u laktovima a neznam zasto. Malo sam prosirio hvat tako da pretpoatavljam da bi to mogao biti razlog. Za sad cu ga radit jednom tjedno i ponavljam sve kilaze na ovom ciklusu

              ne znam ali skroz malo

              vise ces pokupiti iz pl trening teksta, gdje programiranje ima dosta bitniju ulogu

              ne kazem da za hipertrofiju nema trikova, ali ono...mnogo vise toga mozes pokazati uzivo u smislu nekih malih trikova pri izvedbi vjezbi, imam jos uvijek te fazone kao as u rukavu, nisam bezveze bildao 3-4 godine prije nego sam se poceo takmiciti u pl

                pazi da ti laktovi ne idu ispred sipke. tj nek bude tocno ispod.

                  nakon par serija smith machine incline presses skontao da me to ubi u rame i za slj. vjezbu sam odma presao na neku pull varijaciju pa sam i tako zavrsio dan u push/pull stilu tj. upper body

                  smith macine incline bench 5 x 10
                  machine rows 4 x 15
                  machine OHP 3 x 12
                  seated lateral raises 4 x 15
                  face pulls 4 x 15
                  chinups superset w/ dips against bands 4x8
                  reverse curls 3 x 10



                  i fizeeek apdejt, 6 dana dijete - vise manje dijete, nije bas agresivan deficit kako sam mislio, sinoc sam pizzu u gradu pojeo a prije ovog snimka palacinke





                  I moram ovo podijeliti jer sam ponosan na svog ''mentora'', slika nakon uspjesnog cucnja sa 340kg

                    #prošli tjedan, pon i uto se defkao, počeo kreatin uzimat, trenirao. od tada do danas, ništa, još proveo 30 sati u autobusu u ovo malo dana.

                      - posto jos uvijek imam ovih problema sa hernijom i isijasom naravno nisam se mogao namjestiti pa sam benchao sa nogama na klupi
                      - probao sam i spoto press i svidja mi se, dosta ljudi je to vec preporucilo
                      - igrao sam se i malo sirim hvatom na bench vjezbama

                            Ugl. Idem dva koraka u nazad jer pod deficitom i sa takvim intenzitetom i volumenom nemam cns doslovno. Tako da za sad dok gubim na tezini cu pratit jednostavan 5/3/1 wendlerov program sa minimalnim volumenom jaceg intenziteta i nakon tih serija spustit malo kilazu i jos malo na volumenu dodat. To mi se pokazalo kao izvedivo na deficitu prosle godine tako da za sad idem tim principom... Hrpa acc i bb "vjezbi"

                              prvo ću nabildat gornji dio pa donji, jer sam čujo da se ne može oboje istovremeno (not srs)

                              uvijek neki problemi sa čučnjem, sad zadnja par treninga tek bez problema, pa ćemo vidjet kako će ić.
                              a benš da dođem sa nikakvom voljom, umoran, sa glavoboljom, mogu bar ponovit prošli ciklus. genetika bajo moj.
