    Je l' vas napušavaju komšije, kad trenirate u dvorištu?

      poslije odradio chinups i spravicu za podlaktice(nova favorite vjezba)







      eto, morao sam nesto glupo uraditi u ovom rehab periodu i ovo mi je vise nego nedostajalo, ovakvi treninzi su zasto volim ovo i sto me motivise i ako nista tih 2 sata u teretani sam se osjecao bolje nego ikad u duze vrijeme (i sto se tice mentalne strane i ledja/povrede itd.)

        (Ja kad sam radila yolo treninge niko nije imao razumijevanja al dobro.. )

        nego, imam dva pitanja - kako si se ti povrijedio i sta je u pitanju, ako si pisao vec samo reci u kojoj temi pa cu naci
        i drugo - kako block dodaje toliko?! ovo bi tebi bilo oko 120% 1rm zar ne? (Mislim cak je tri inca, a ne sest..a uglavnom kad neko vuce sa bloka to je 6" i 100 -110% )

          1. nije bila neka povreda od jednom negu su samo vremenom postali gori simptomi pogotovo sad u zadnjim pripremama pa sam odlucio odmoriti - u pitanju je vjerovatno hernia na l4-l5 tj. protruzija diska koja udara u zivac pa izaziva simptome išiasa niz nogu

          2. ne dodaje toliko, manje od 110%....prvo, najbolja trica s poda je 305(beltless) a sa 8cm 320, to odprilike prelazi na 1RM od bas ovog, 350kg - da sam danas pravio single s poda bilo bi i to 320-340kg (imao sam na ovom pokusaju jos lufta za ici gore)

          ne mozes porediti zadnje takmicenje s ovim pokusajem, s jedne strane je mjesec odmora i no squats i dodjem tako frisak u svoje okruzenje sa svojom sipkom i natovarim ove siroke ploce - dok sam tamo u Srbiji kad sam dosao do mrtvog samo htio spavati i bio premoren fizicki i psihicki, znao sam da ce biti lose prije nego sto sam poceo sa zagrijavanjem za mrtvo

            poceo sa veslanjem i morao otic ca na pola treninga pa sam sutradan nastavio:

            malo pratim program pa ne pratim i tako u krug. Nisam toliko motiviran za heavy ass weight ali zato za bb rutinu bi mogao trenirat 2 sata. Vjerojatno od samog deficita, bromjene gyma, ispita, ucenja (uz sve to premalo ucenja lol) sto cijelokupno sve to djeluje na samu psihu. Moram se uozbiljit i radit po programu i drzat minimalni napredak dok skidam kilazu. tako da no more bullshit i napravit kako spada.

            cilj mi je doc do 90 kg i to vjerojatno do sredine ljeta ali u među vremenu cu napravit reverse i na drugom spustanju kalorija odnosno deficitu doc do tih 90 ili mozda malo ispod.

              triplez sta reci...ugl sta sam te htio pitat..posto te muci to sto te muci, moje misljenje je da trebas bjezat od intenziteta i nekog prevelikog volumena u jednom treningu iznad 80% 1rm, ostaje ti frekvencija..si razmisljao o tome da pocnes sq/dl 4+ puta tjedno sa manjim kilazama i raznim varijacijama sq/dl?

              mislim shvacam te zasto si napravio ovaj block pull, ali ja to nebi ponavljao na tvom mjestu :/

              bulgarian, smolov..npr smolov za sq i dl u isto vrijeme sa 20% manjim 1rm nezz

                        Vidim da su ih izravnali pa taman da im napravim posla haha , nemam poseban razlog zasto ih radim. Inace mi nisu u rutinskom "programu" ali tu i tamo ih volim ubacit i overloadat kvadove

                          Oke onda.. prije boxa stavio bi high bar, low bar, front i sve te jos i u paused verziji. I pin squat koje nemas di radit haha mozda bi se i moglo sa stalaka al nisam to jos vidio..

                            prebacio sam se u novu teretanu i dobra vijest je da ova ima dobro osvjetljene u svlacionici tako da ce biti jos ovih no homo selfija kad se nabildam


                            probao sam cucanj ali BOLI AJME MAJKO znaci bukvalno osjetim impuls boli niz nogu i kad krenem da se spustim s tegom gluteus se jednostavno iskljuci

                            ramp-ao sam do par singles-a na 120kg breathing paused squats od 15 sekundi i to mi je bilo pretesko...kasnije fsq, bench i upper body hypertrofikcija
