            90 4x4...nije lose valjda, nisam to radio ima godina cini mi se

            i svakakve neke *****rije poslije, cak i kettlebell press sa 24kg (ili 28, ne znam tacno) u serijama od po 10-12

                    Dobar dan, logat ću nekoliko zadnjih treninga.. Učilo se, malo manje i kraće treniralo i tako. Nisam bio u svom uobičajenom gymu. Nisam se skroz držao 531, al sad nastavljam.

                          diet update(cisto jer nista nisam pisao o svemu):

                          SUBOTA - ISPOVIJEDANJE:

                          znam da je tl:dr



                          dijeta je krenula na bolje obzirom da mi se apetit smanjio...i tako ti ja ustanem jutros i napravim sebi jaja na oko sa nesto malo sudzuke, pojedem uz malo hljeba(inace jedem tunjevinu za dorucak al haj) i ''kahvenisem'' malo svojim crnim cajem, standardno...poslije toga se bacim na bolero sokove i poprilicno dobro potisnem apetit time a i kofeinom iz caja (caj sam smanjio sa 2 litra na 1 litar dnevno jer ga secerim and I don't need to waste my calories on that)



                          negdje je oko 15h i u gradu sam na nekoj manifestaciji mature rodice...uglavnom, nemam nikakve cravingse i mislim kako cu lahko dan zakucati niskim kalorijama i sebi priustiti par dobrih proteina tu i tamo i bice sve super...well, not - poslije svecane ceremonije idemo u restoran, iznose ispred mene kile cevapa, sudzukica, piletine, krompira, salate(koju sam hladno ignorisao) i naravno brdo hljeba - naravno, pojeo sam koliko je moglo stati u mene, a to je jos uvijek dosta bez obzira sto se apetit smanjio...jedina pozitivna stvar sto se moje dijete tice u svemu tome je sto sam pio vodu a ne neke sokove (ko jos trosi kalorija na pica osim bolera i whey-a, right? +kahva i caj) - zalio sam to kahvom i rahat lokumima



                          I kako to biva, osjetis kako ti je stomak napuhan, sjedis tu skoro nepokretan...i da to nekako smanjim odlucim malo u setnju i povedem malog rodjaka sa sobom - dijete ko dijete ide pravim stopama sto se tice dijetalnih odluka i kaze hoce sladoled, i sta cu, odem po sladoled - e tu se stvar lomi, naletio sam na štand italijanskih sladoleda sa cool okusima i uzeo: rafaello, giotto i oreo (da to su 3 kugle, jos uvijek sam debeo u dusi) i pojedem vjerovatno najbolji sladoled svog zivota. Eh sad, to nije sve, vratimo se u restoran gdje su iznijeli kolace pa sam i tu degustirao svega po malo (po 2 komada svega)



                          vratim se kuci, zalijem bolero, i majram svoj naj-thick izgled ikad (cevapi are one helluva drug). doduse prenapuhan i sve, ali THICK.AS.FUCK.

                          na kraju trening bench-a koji nije los(the pump is real) i whey s vodom poslije..sad opet bolero pa cu mozda pokusati pojesti tu tunjevinu bez hljeba ili skroz postiti do sutra (nekako mi je lakse biti u fasted state nego jesti po malo)





                          da...jedem dosta manje nego inace, ne gledam optimalne unose, mini-deficite niti makrose, gledam sto veci ali ipak podnosljiv deficit i unijeti proteina koliko toliko - nije me strah nekog metabolic damage-a niti se bojim da cu sta vise misica izgubiti nego da idem slow&steady rutom...dok mogu bez srkleta skidati kile i dok ne spremam ispite sto da ne iskoristim vrijeme, bar se tom logikom vodim - bolje nego da tamo nekad kroz 4-5 sedmica nakon 0.5kg/sedmicno skintih total od 2.5kg nadjem razlog da prekinem dijetu jer spremam ispite ili ljeto je krenulo punom parom ili mi jednostavno dosadi gledat' sta jedem



                          eto jos ovo, steta sto ne znam uslikati ledja





                          eto poslije svega ovog sam na 96kg...najnizi weigh in mi je bio prije 2 dana na 95kg (poslije 15 sati nejedenja tj. jutro poslije preskocene vecere jer nisam nocio kuci) ali poslije taj dan sam poprilicno lose usrao pizzama i kolacima i evo ovo danas, sve u svemu nije prevelika steta cini mi se cilj je biti na barem 92kg normalnog morning weight-a prije dalmatinca koji je 23. maja (4 sedmice za 3.5kg) pa da bez problema upadnem u 90 blagom last-minute manipulacijom ishrane

                          danas osvojio planinu biciklom, i izvagao novi low od 94kg kad sam dosao kuci (ne bas prazan; ono litri vode, isotonic drink, whey s vodom usput pokupio...a hrana bijela milka, jedan gud kikiriki+indijski orah, 2 jabuke 2 banane i ujutro tuna + hljeb, snedvic jedan)

                          sveukupno sam presao nekih 65km i bilo je poprilicno zanimljivo, a i nezgodno jer se od 25C i sunca doslo do mjesta gdje je snijeg po putevima, ovako



                          poslije toga sam svratio do stare teretane, popio protein i malo uslikao noge, mada vaskularnosti skoro nije ni bilo



                          I onda sam dosao kuci na, sto mi zovemo, ''Pizzabrötchen''





                          posle svega tezina je na 94kg

                              Ja ne mogu.....majke mi...lik se izjunka samo tako i opali sliku trbusnjaka..a ja jadna pratim da danas na malom jbnom refeedu ne predjem 250gr UH...
