        ako hocete da se povrijedite ne vodite racuna o hidrataciji tokom dana i onda otidjite na trening, very simply actually...muscle tears everywhere

        lesson learned, nakon sto sam danas probao cucnuti poslije 3 dana proljeva sto me je dehidriralo strasno


        nisam se pravo povrijedio ali nemojte se igrati uglavnom, pogotovo pred velike PR-ove pijte vise vode (tokom dana, nije dovoljno samo na trneingu popiti casu vise), i vodite racuna o mineralima, zaslanite hranu fino itd.

            Danas je bench bio fantastican, ove radne serije su trebale bit sa 120 ali po osjecaju sam isao na 130 koje su bile super lake. I ohp radim jednom tjedno zbog boli u laktu

                        rijetko, ne tolerisu mi ledja to bas najbolje...osjetio sam vec malo boli u ledjima par dana poslije onog dana kad sam uradio snatch grip konv. poslije sumo serija, iako je to bilo samo 100kg sa gumama

                        nje da nema carryover, nego risk/reward ration nije dobar za mene

                            Rows,pulldowns i cardio.

                            Radio na fizikaliji i dosao umoran na trening i jos mi je pao secer dok sam radio dead i u takvoj situaciji povukao 230, jest da nije bio lagan ali islo je. Zao mi je sto nisam snimio.

                              100 x 5, 120 x 8 x 3 sets, 120 x 7, 100 x 8

                              + incline machine press, shoulder machine press, lateral raises, chest flies

                              hocu da napravim 5 osmica sa 120, pa 125 pa 130 kroz slj. par treninga u ovoj teretani...znaci nie tamo gdje sam inace (300) i ovdje mi bolje odgovara klupa, inace to je ista ona koja je bila u 300 prije nego sto je dosla takmicarska pa sam se zalio kako mi ne lezi takmicarska klupa
