    Svaka cast TripleZ, samo naprijed. Bilo bi brutalno da cucnes 300kg na takmicenju. Puno srece uz nadu i zelje da to postignes.

      Iii zaboravio napravit jos malo rumunjskog za lozu...*

      i za moj experiment mogu sa sigurnoscu rec da inzulin kod osoba sa dijabetesom ima odlicnu proteinsku sintezu na visem unosu proteina (3g/kg ili vise). Vizualno veci, tezi i uz minimalan dobitak masnog tkiva. Vaga pokazuje 94-95kg.*

          Pojacao sam unos proteina na 3g/kg umjesto 2g/kg. Doze inzulina mi se nisu mjenjale posto sam protein nema toliku inzulinsku osjetljivost kao sto je slucaj kod ugljikohidrata. Zato trenutno neidem super crazy sa unosom UH-a jer sto je veci unos inzulina to je i vece skladistenje masnog tkiva zato sam isao na experiment sa proteinima jer me zanimalo kako ce inzulin reagirat na veci unos proteina i njegovu sintezu u misicne stanice (kod dijabeticara).

          Trazio sam po netu neke clanke o tome i istrazivanja i uglavnom nisam nasao neki siguran dokaz da je proteinska sinteza veca s time da negdje govore kako to nije slucaj a negdje kako je. Zato sam isao osobno isprobat i zadovoljan sam sa ishodom.

                  moglo je svasta biti ali nisam nista mijenjao od originalnog plana, kad smo vec tu jako sam zadovoljan sa svojim planiranjem, 10 sedmica unaprijed sam poprilicno dobro pogodio kako/sta raditi(ne znam jesam li ovdje postavio sliku/plan tada), samo jos ostaje da se pokaze na takmicenju.
