      e izvini, a ne znas koliko je povukla i cucnula ta bacacica koplja?

        pojma nemam, znam da je imala uspjesno 90, vjerovatno i 100 cucanj

        povukla 100 bez problema...ne znam jel isla dalje...tad nekad sam jeo pizzu

              kakvi bicepsi i gluposti, kakva se samo dominacija kvadova/gluteusa kod skoro svih takmicara vidjela to je cudo

              to je bio prvi dan prije nego sto sam pronosao famoznu supermen majicu po kojoj sam i dobio nadimak na takmicenju

                hamza velike cestitke na rezultatu =) DL bolestan..steta sto te izjeblo sve ovo pa nisi svoj max pokazao, ali tu je iskustvo i sljedeci put to popravljas! )

                  TripleZ, čestitam! Nadan se da ću jedan dan moć dignit bar 80% toga šta ti dižeš hahah

                  CYCLE 1, WEEK 1, OHP DAY 5+
                  Set 1: 32,5 x 5
                  Set 2: 37,5 x 5
                  Set 3: 42,5 x 5 + 3

                  ukupan dojam - kako obožavan ramena trening, uvik napravin masakr nad njima.. doslovno nisam moga skinit majicu u svlačionici koliko me zatezalo haha.. malo mi je bilo problem odredit kilažu za OHP jer nisan nikad pokušava vidit koliki mi je otprilike 1RM, ali nema veze... od dodatnih vježbi sve napravija šta san i planira.. super trening.. trajanje 60 min.. sutra počinje week2 jejj

                        Bravo, super rezultat, stekao si nesto iskustva sto je ono najbitnije, a i upoznao si masu ekipe i vidio kako stvari funkcioniraju za dalje sto je takoder bitna stavka tako da sve pozitivno i samo naprijed.

                              CYCLE 5, WEEK 1, BENCH DAY 5+:

                              Set 1: 82.5x5
                              Set 2: 97.5x5
                              I nekim cudom neznam kako, umjesto da napravim 110kg ja odradio 100x9 i cudim se kako je ovo bilo lagano (toliko o koncentraciji na treningu)

                              I nakon toga:
                              Set 3(4): 110x5+ --> 6 (+2.5 i -1 ponavljanje)

                              Pec dec 4 serije,Dips 3 serije

                              Skulcrushers 4 serije i rope pulldown 4 serije

                              Komentar: trening nis posebno, opet nesto u zurbi,strci, tako da mi je cilj bio odradit samo bench radne serije i ovo drugo sta uleti, ali nemam tocne brojke zadnje serije jer sam se zbrkao sav i greskom odradio 100kg max prije 110...

                                Tocan datum? I tocna lokacija na kojoj ce se to odvijat?

                                Nisan jos bia u Sarajevu, moga bi se zaletit na burek i cevape.
