      imam dobar trening za prijaviti, na zalost bez snimaka

      block pulls 8cm 330kg bez gurtni da testiram grip, pa onda

      poslije toga trojica u teretani cucnuli 290x3x3... Twasagoodday


      jedina razlika od inace je da sam odspavao 11 sati sinoc, cesto overlooked komponenta treninga i uspjeha momci i djevojke

        Laganica. Puno ponavljanja pa sam pred kraj izgubio tightnes.
        Na dipsevima osjetio malu bol u ramenu pa smanjio i ostavio. Ne odgovara mi širina hvata.

        Uveo dva ručka prije gyma, pa i kilaza ide malo gore. 85 u gymu.

        Cilj mi je uskoro izbenčat stari pr 135 (stari PR al poslije smolova, i sa 8-10 kg više nego sada). Pa onda dalje...

        Sq i dl idu isto dobro u zadnje vrijeme. Iznenađujuće za mene. Al i vrijeme im je bilo. Samo da se ne vrate problemi s leđima.

        Remen još nisam kupio, ne znam kad ću.

        Eto ja vama malo (ili sam sa sobom), kad nemam s kim o ovome.. Hahaha

          bench 132.5 x 5 x 7 sets

          to je 147.5 na 10x3 danu ove sedmice, a mislim da sam za 180 gurao 150x3x5 sets (upola volumen, kao neki mini-peak) sad sam nadam se dobro nafatao ove brojeve i mogu se nadati da cu dodavati sljedecih 5 sedmica po 2.5kg, i onda final week u pola volumen sa 5kg vise sto bi bilo 165 x 3 x 5 sets zadnji trening pred takmicenje - trebalo bi biti dovoljno za 195-200 na takmicenju nadam se

            Malo pod upalom od sq u pon, al ipak otišao u gym jer neću moć za vikend. Digao za 10 kg ipak i dobro da jesam
            Prošli ciklus za 5kg i napravio pon više pa sada za 10 i pon manje.. Dosta mi 10pon haha

              Osim + serije, ništa nije bilo dobro haha stomak me bolio, slabo jeo prije treninga. Potrudio se na + seriji, ostalo lagano, tek toliko..

                    danas je bio odlican dan na treningu. Napravio 3 serije jedinica just for fun, nista spektakularno. Napravio neke izmjene u formi i izgleda da mi pase, vidjet cemo dalje... I da, definitivno moram ojacat konvencionalni dead
