    jos mi malo treba hip mobility za ovo...prije 15-20 dana 150x5 je bilo pravo plitko a ovo tu i tamo, mada ide na bolje pa cemo vidjeti

    nadam se baciti par serija na 4-5 repsa raw sa 200kg prije nego sto krenu pripreme za takmicenja s wrapsima...sad za sad brzina je zadovoljavajuca

      Ja jucer probijao bol kuka s time da sam radio neki lagani cucanj s time da sam skoro umro od boli i nakon toga radio cleanse ja mislim najgore u mom zivotu haha tako da ih moram vjezbat i obavezno ubacit front squats. I nakon toga brutalno istezanje sa naglaskom na kuk i guess what, danas imam minimalne bolove u kuku... Ali dobio upalu erektora,neznam kako....

        moj PR mu je prva serija zagrijavanja sta je tu je...al ajde..makar imam 20% veci BF od njegovog... :P

          OVO! S erektorima u zadnje vrijeme vodim takvu bitku da to nije normalno. Rolam se svaki dan, njih mrcvarim na foam rolleru i bude sve okej privremeno, dok ne odem u školu i onda krene opet yebati u mozak. Moram vidjeti da to nekako riješim, neke masaže nešto...

              na paused bp sam digao kilažu, pa kad odradim 3x5, opet dižem. dips digao za 2kg, pa ću ić na 3x10.
              kosi benč bučicama je ista kilaža, jer nema težih bučica (zasada, rekli su nabavit veće), ali je više pon (po 1 više u prvoj i zadnjoj seriji).

                Tu sam osjetio lozu i prekinuo sa cucnjem... Planirao sam pumpat sa 50x20 2 serije al dobro je, ono bitno je napravljeno.

                Lezeca fleksija 4x15

                Cable crunches 4x20

                Komentar: cucanj ide odlicno, sve vise i vise se privikavam na wrapse, paralela je tu,u kuku minimalna bol tako da me nije sprijecavao u serijama.
                od sljedeceg tjedna pocinju prave teske kilaze kojima se mogu rec i veselim

                  hodajući iskorak s bučicama: 4serije


                  #mali napredak, svejedno zadovoljan. prošli ciklus je bilo samo 110x5, pa sam zadovoljan sad. dobar osjećaj squatat u powerlift tenama. malo sam eksperimentirao sa stavom i tako.

                  napredak i na front sq. vjerujem, dosta i zbog tena.

                      nije benđ jak, nego je ostalo slabo.
                      u početku zapuštanje donjeg dijela tijela, pa kasnije nekakvi polučučnjevi, dl nikakav. pa onda čučnjevi i dl, rad na formi i tako to. što sam s benčom davno prošao

                            i pokupio se i otisao kuci - nisam mogao ni benchati




                            odradio sinoc masazu, i low back mi nije bio funkcionalan uopce...odsad cu im reci da mi ne diraju low back
