      šta mislite o ovakvom konceptu treninga:
      znači ova četiri 5/3/1 dana i plus dan za leđa, znači pet trening dana.

      s tim da dl day bude low body day zapravo, pa zbog toga poseban dan za leđa.

      ima li smisla, ili da probam i vidim?

        Zasto ne, ja bi radije ubaciju prije Dl day pa tek onda neki hipertrofijski dan za leđa. Tako i ja znam odradit samo sto meni budu noge umjesto leđa

          bp pa dl pa ohp pa cucanj.

          na dl radis dio leda koja zelis da narastu.. i poslije bp i njegovog asesorija dodaj jos jednu ili dvije vjezbe po par serija zgibova/veslanja/... ovisno o tome sta zelis gađat.

            Komentar: super zadovoljan cucnjem, odlicno napreduje. Imam mali problemcic cini mi se sa tetivom koljena, evo bas di je zaokruzeno na ovoj slici:

            Cini mi se da je to od previse forsiranih cucnja vise puta tjedno a s time da sam krenuo sa dosta slabom snagom i misicnog tkiva/mesa na kvadricepsima.

            Malo cu odmorit od cucnja za ovaj tjedan a drugi cu napravit deload cisto da malo "maknem" te tezina za koljena i da mi se totalno oporave... Bilo bi mi jos draze cut vasa misljenja

                komentar: skoro sam imao tu seriju od 90 kg. 80 je bio easy ali eto, toliko sam bio napet za tih 90 kg i mali odmor između pa je vjerojatno i rezultiralo tako ali nema veze, idemo dalje

                i da, i na ovaj amonijak se lagano privikavam, vec sad mogu nabit nosnice na bocicu sto prije sam jedva mirisao ispod cepa... ali *****a stvar, stvarno *****a stvar...

                      naravno, samo smrcite djeco


                      kad smo kod hrane, vise od semdicu dana vec dnevno pojedem pizzu, poslije svakog dorucka (tuna/jaja vecinom) mazem nutellu, jedem one pahuljice(cini-minis), obavezno litar mlijeka sa kakaom prije spavanja i tegla meda pa kasikom vadim (upravo sad) - i uz to jedem sve one svakodnevne *****rije i 3-4 ''normalna'' obroka


                      kilaza? 91kg u odjeci...isto kao dok sam se ''cuvao'' oko ovih takmicenja dosadasnjih da ne preletim puno iznad takmicarske kilaze

                          ne znam, niti vozim bicikl niti imam neki dodatni kardio...jedino objasnjenje mi je manji stres lol

                          uzeo uz sve u prodavnici cokoladni puding i jaffa ''protein'' cakes (iz tog sam izvukao nekih 3-4 g P lol, malo nesto ima)

                            Sto opustenije to bolje..ja isto sta jedem svaki dan vec par mjeseci od kad sam uzeo "tjedan dana" odmora od ketoze bolje da ni ne pisem..a kilaua stoji na 92...frend kaze da sam cak recompo..ma da nisam...al makar neide na gore..

                              malo se ubacujem i temu i spamam ali eto muci me slican problem pa da podijelim mozda netko ima nesto pametno za zakljuciti. Uglavnom od posljednjih slika ( ono punjenje, dehidracija i to) bio na 92 kile. I onda krenulo u zivotu kako ide sou. Njemacka, more, posao bla bla...uglavnom skoro 3 mjeseca nisam vidio teretanu , da sam pazio na hranu nisam. Jelo se sta se stiglo, gdje se stiglo i to u povecim kolicinama. Kilaza stalno stajala na 92-94 (i tu sam bio odusevljen time) . Prije 2 tjedna krenuo opet po starom. Redoviti obroci, kontrolirano UH (drzim ih nisko do 150 grama dnevno) i hebena kilaza osla evo na 97. Ako kuzim upucajte me. Ok zaleti se tu i tamo neko smece ali toliko se ne zaleti a kilaza ide gore
