    Komentar:kakav trening, samo da ih je sto vise takvih, srs.

    Ono sto sam promjenio je polozaj stopala. Cim sam presao da budel lagano na prstima, odmah mi je omogucilo veci "most" napravit sa tijelom i jos bolju poziciju za setup trapeza. Doslovno sam se preporodio i uopce mi nije bilo neugodno biti u takvoj poziciji dok sa punim stopalom je bilo takvih slucajeva (fali mi ta mobilnost u gleznju) i da napomenem da sam puno bolje koristio leg drive s time da mi se guzica nije dizala sa klupe. Prezadovoljan sam formom i drugi put cu je snimit kako radim. Na dipsovima sam vec bio nesto slabiji i umorniji ali ispalo je sasvim okej prema mojim ocekivanjima... Thats it my friends, want that 140 press as soon as posible!

      Komentar: cucanj solidno dobar, ciljao sam barem da dignem do 9 pon al dobro je i ovo.

      Zamjenio sam sumo sa stiff leg dl zato jer zelim prvensveno ojacat zadnju lozu posto se cini dosta slabom a i sumo mi u zadnje vrijeme ne odgovara previse pa da malo izmjenim stvari.

      Cilj pauziranog cucnja je da povecam volumen na cucnju i da poboljsam cijelokupni osjecaj sipke na leđima (low bar) jer sa setup-om imam dosta problema pa to uvjezbavam i pokusavam se dovest u "ugodnu" poziciju kao sto je slucaj sa high bar squatom, cisto radi usporedbe...

        * danas prvi ispit u ovom septembarskom roku koji nisam bas najbolje uradio pa je i trening bio onako...lijecenje kompleksa, mozda nisam ni trebao otici s obzirom da sam spavao samo 2h ali sta je tu je

        squats wrapped: 160 x 3, 190 x 2, 210 x 2 @ 9.5 (realno, lose s obzirom na proslu sedmicu gdje je peto ponavljanje na 200 islo mnogo brze od ovog drugog)

        block pull 8cm: 220 x 2, 260 x 2, 280 fail


        pratila me je i najgore upala erektora ikad...trebao sam odmoriti

              Komentar: nakon izlaska, neke doze alkohola i malo sna, odlucio sam se otic na trening sto je zapravo i ispalo iznenađujuce dobro... Upoznao sam clana foruma = @shiga te ga ovim putem pozdravljam i nadam se da cemo otic na tu pivu

              Sto se tice samog treninga, radio sam cucnjeve 3. Put u ovom tjednu, lagano kvadricepsi i zadnja loza pod upalom ali to me nije sprijecavalo dapace, jos sam jako dobre radne serije odradio tako da sam zadovoljan...

                  Inace @TripleZ upravo sam to razmisljao dok sam gledao video, mozda malo nize da pauziras... Ali ove brojke su extra!

                  Komentar: nesjecam se tocno dali je bilo 6 ili 7 ponavljanja al ajde... Inace, nakon DL-a dosta intezivno sam osjecao erektore pa mi je malo cucanj patio a da ne spominjem los dan sa malo sna koj je naravno utjecao na sam trening.

                  Sto se tice erektora, skuzio sam istu stvar kad radim stiff leg deadlift, jako se "aktiviraju" dok zadnja loza nesto slabije. Vjerujem da je upravo to znak kako su nesto slabiji za razliku od ostalih misica tako da cu "peglat" po sfdl-u i vidjet kakva ce biti situacija u narednih par tjedana...

                            komentar: moram priznat da mi je bio shity day sto se tice treninga ali odlucio sam danas probit granicu od 200 kg i napravio sam uspjesno kroz acc vjezbe sam "proletio" jer uopce mi nije bio dan, ni paused squat nisam napravio zato sam pustio za sutra trening nogu nesto veci broj pon.

                              Komentar: planirao sam serije od 130 kg odradit po 5 ponavljanja jer realno imao sam snage al jbg, nesto sam pricao sa nekim tipom pa dok sam se lagano ohladio pa me nesto uhvatilo u zadnjoj lozi pa sam odustao na 3. Ponavljanju... Ovo pumpanje od 20 ponavljanja mi je rasturilo quadove, nevjerojatna pumpa. I na glavnim serijama smrknuo malo amonijaka, jos uvijek se bojim stavit cijeli nos iznad bocice nego onako pomirisem sa 1 metra udaljenosti ili sa lagano otvorenim cepom haha

                                mrsko mi sve ostalo pisati, uglavnom 2 weeks out, ocigledno ne peak-am, nemam ni zivaca da sistematski pristupam treningu - eto
